I live right behind this place, Been coming here for years now to mostly get my oil changed. Wanted to update my review and say this place is great, employees are kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful and great at explaining things that may be wrong with your vehicle and give recommendations on what you should do. Always appreciate the straightforward and hassle free service! Keep up the great work ??

The team members were great! Their customer service was excellent, and they helped us out, giving us a free road trip inspection and air in our tires. We were in and out within 10 minutes. The team member, Josh in particular, was welcoming as soon as we arrived, and was very friendly. Will definitely recommend!

The best service in Aurora, IL.

My car refused to start like an hour after my oil change. They sent someone out right away to check out the car. According to the guy they sent out and a second non jiffy lube mechanic it is probably the starter and just bad luck that it happened after the oil change. I will say the mechanic they sent out tried really hard to get my car started even after it was obviously not related to the oil change. He checked my oil again, checked the battery, tried to jump it and checked that everything was connected securely. He said if we find any evidence that it is related to the oil change to just call back. It sucks that my car won't start but it is nice that they stand by their work. Edit: I did eventually get my car fixed it was something in the transmission that needed to be reprogrammed and apparently it is common enough with this make and model that the dealership diagnosed it over the phone.

Seem knowledgeable and confident in their work. Were respectful. Had Jayden, Fernando and another gentleman helping me out.

Huge shout out to Fernando. Especially with the engine switch and such.

7/25/25 I had came in right at the end of the day and both techs worked precisely and quickly on my oil change. Stay safe big dawgs and have a good weekend.
