Jonathon was extremely helpful and even gave me a discount off one of the services I requested. Did this without me asking. Miles is one of their new associates and his attitude was terrific! Very kind and accommodating. Checked on the people in the waiting room and thanked me for coming in. Oil change took no time! In and out in 20 minuets.

Jonathan and Tyler gave fantastic customer service!!!!! Zach and Adam were able to identify a trans leak and gave great recommendations on how to fix the issue. Definitely be coming back

Jiffy Lube staff did an excellent job with conducting a brake fluid flush. The tech was extremely helpful and professional. I will be back in the future.

Today I was having issues with my car battery and no way to start my car, so I called the store and since I lived close enough they were able to send Dylan to come help jump it. I then was able to drive my car back and Dylan was able to install a new battery in my car and answer any questions I had. My car is now operating perfectly and safely and I look forward to returning again.

Treated me like they would want to be treated! I have the best experiences there! My car is my life and it gives me great comfort knowing it's in professional hands.

I’ve been here a couple of times. Very professional. I’ve purchased oil changes and 4 new tires. This place goes the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied. There is also a car wash in back. The manager Jonathon, was great to work with.

Tyler and the manager John were very helpful and very nice.

-11 below with wind chills between -25 to -45 degrees in Aurora Illinois January 23 2026. My tire sensors warned of low pressure so I took it to Jiffy Lube. They filled quite a few visitors tires at no cost. I decided to get a few things done, Tyler, the service manager and a female technician were very helpful to me. They kept me informed throughout the duration of my auto maintenance appointment. Thank you Jiffy Lube.
