He didn’t just go through the motions—he walked me through what was being done, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and made sure I was comfortable with the service before moving forward. What really stood out was his attention to detail and customer care. He caught things others might have overlooked, made helpful recommendations without being pushy, and treated my vehicle like it mattered. That level of service is rare these days. I called today about servicing my brake fluid. I spoke with Andre, who was very helpful and informative. He even offered me a discount even though this was my first service with the company. I arrived and was greeted then seated in their lounge area. I waited under 40 minutes while being serviced and was done. Thanks for the fast, friendly and discounted service. I will see you guys again!

It’s been a couple of weeks since I was here, but I had a very good experience :). Cordero was a huge help! He got my oil changed and checked out my tires, too. Most importantly, he was patient and kept a positive attitude throughout the procedure. Thank you, Cordero!!

I want to make it clear that this specific Jiffy Lube ( 6930 Cermak road)won me back, because I've had some horrid experiences with other ones. I want to send a special shout out to Mr. Dennis. (Back story) Before I came here I was previously maybe less than a block away at a place called JUST TIRES. I'm going to blast them on their own review, because they are (JUST TIRED, JUST TERRIBLE (New word alert) JUST TORRIBLE, Terrible and Horrible had a baby) I've been to Just Tired 3 times and every time I went they couldn't get my service until half a day. (EVERY TIME?) This last time I went to get an oil change I waited half a day, and they told me they wouldn't do it, because I a little over the due from their last oil change. (Clowns) I Left in unbelief and just so happen to run into this jiffy lube and they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Mr Dennis for restoring my faith.

I came in for a simple uber inspection and while Dennis was doing my inspection, Andre was so nice and saw my dirty car and asked if he could clean my windshields. Now I can see my own reflection on them! I truly appreciate this team! There deserve a raise for a speedy service, customer service and hospitality!

Alex and team provided great service and the wait time was non existent as they were on point servicing all cars very timely.

Anthony was quick, knowledgeable and helpful. I asked if he could change my light turn signal bulbs as well, he did. I know he will continue do well on Jiffy's behalf!

Excellent service

Huge shoutout to the team at this Jiffy Lube. I came in with a stripped oil pan bolt, which can be a real headache, and they didn’t rush me out or give up. Andre, Dennis, Joe, and Cordero stayed patient, worked together, and eventually got the bolt off successfully. You can tell these guys actually care about doing the job right. Super professional, honest, and respectful the whole time. Situations like this separate a good shop from a great one, and they handled it perfectly. I really appreciate the effort they put in and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Dennis helped change my spark plugs with no problem at a reasonable price. He was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable with the problems of my vehicle! Very grateful, Highly recommend!

Went here today for the first time for services I generally stop in here to get air in my tires, and the guys are always pleasant and respectful. Today was no different. I was treated very well. I felt very comfortable. The basic oil change was a little bit higher than I thought However, when you get good customer service, which is rare these days, you’re willing to pay a few more bucks thank you guys for taking care of me and my car.
