I stop by for a last minute oil change and was in and out in about 15 minutes. The service was top notch. Dennis was very nice and helpful and also informed me about their top off services. I will be coming back again!

Jiffy Lube was the Best part of my Saturday morning… Seriously!!! After my basement flooding this past wednesday, then my son getting bit by a dog yesterday, Barber texted and pushed my haircut appointment to a later time while I was already in route and BOOM the “Low Oil, STOP ENGINEER” light comes on I was OVER IT ??. I drove to Jiffy Lube and was taken care of IMMEDIATELY, not only that, all the staff were amazing. MAJOR SHOUT OUT TO DENNIS, He took the time to educate on the mechanics of my vehicle and provided information on additional services that are necessary for the safety and upkeep of my vehicle. Rate them 1000 out of 100!!! God bless ??????

Dennis and the team were very helpful, informative, and quick to get my oil change done. I didn’t know this but after you get serviced by Jiffy Lube, you can stop by any time to top off any fluid or get air in your tires. Will def be back !

Came in to Jiffy Lube at 10:00am on Father’s day and Andre and his team were very quick to help us with our car service! It was 10:15am and my husband and I were already on our way out! They were very nice and polite I really recommend!

Car broke down down the street and I got it over to them and they figured out the hose was loose on my radiator and they fixed it right up for me!

They are good but check there work. Sometimes the forget to secure covers.

So fast and easy. Checked everything - lights, tires, fluids. Ask preferences before doing anything. Answered questions. Andre was great.

This morning, I went to get an oil change, and Mr. Dennis was very helpful and kind. He explained that my car would need radiator fluid service soon and made sure I understood the information. He took the time to answer my questions and provided excellent customer service.

The customer service provided by Dennis and his team today was excellent. He was able to explain the services provided for my vehicle in a manner that was easy and comprehensive for me to understand. I was treated with a high level of respect that made the overall experience pleasant. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to this location.

Dennis is amazing! I specifically come to this Berwyn Jiffy Lube location because of Dennis. The other employees are also wonderful, and their honesty is hard to come by nowadays.

The staff is kind, honest and professional. You can tell they enjoy working together. Andre goes out of his way to be helpful. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location.

Came in this morning in desperate need of an oil change and Dennis was extremely helpful. Apparently I also needed my engine filter changed because it had never been changed and instead of just telling me what I needed and mansplaining it to me he actually showed me the old one and the condition it was in. This was appreciated because most times in other places it seems as if mechanics will tell me anything without showing any proof because i am a woman going to get vehicles services without a male with me. Thank you Dennis, I will be back.

The Berwyn Jiffy Lube is the best I've been to in the city/suburbs! I have 2 JL that are close to home (won't name names)... But, I'll gladly go the extra mile or two for these guys, seeing as they do the same for their customers. Great mechanics and great customer service, never any BS. What else can you ask for? Highly recommend!!

Dennis and his coworkers were great. Dennis took the time to explain everything to me, because I’m just a girl in her 20s who knows nothing about cars lol. A lot of people don’t usually actually communicate what needs to be done AND why, but he did and he didn't just try to persuade me to spend more money, but he went through and told me what was needed as far as priority order! Thank you guys again!

I went and had a huge concern of my vehicle was doing something really strange. I thought it was related to an oil change, but actually it was something else really minor. The store manager representative Dennis was a gem He calmed me down I ws really stressed he then went above and beyond I offered him lunch and he refused but very good asset to have there. My dad, my brother, and I visited the place to get my dad’s car fixed. The service is nice overall, and my dad was really happy with how the car got fixed. They even offered my younger brother with some popcorn as a nice little treat. Overall, very nice experience

Dennis the coolest

I went to this Jiffy Lube location for the first time today, as I have recently moved and needed to find a new regular location for my oil changes. I thought that my old Jiffy Lube was a great one, but my experience today made me rethink my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, greeting me as soon as I arrived. I have to give a special shout-out to Dennis, who was incredibly personable and gave me a thorough run down of my service history with Jiffy Lube to confirm everything in the system was correct. He also made a point of being honest with me about service cycles for the different services, advising me that I was mostly up to date, and only recommending the services that I was actually due for. He wasn't pushy about it either, just told me what was past due and recommended I get it done, and he even made a point of saying that I was fine to only get what I wanted to done. I ended up getting my tires rotated and cabin filter changed in addition to my oil. While he was working on the car, he actually found another issue that was minor, but my dealership wanted to charge me $300 to fix, so I had l left it, as it wasn't a safety hazard. Dennis fixed it for me free of charge! Absolutely out-of-this world customer service, and I am making this my new go-to spot for routine maintenance on my cars!

The friendly branch manager impressively guided his staff in providing efficient service. He inspired confidence in this customer and also worked with me to honor the best promo price available. Thanks Jiffy Lube!
