?????????? I had such a great time at this Jiffy Lube on Sibley! I actually called ahead because I had a few questions about adding coolant to my car and wanted to see if they had time. The customer service was super nice on the phone, and when I pulled up like five minutes later, they got me in and out really quickly. I’m just a girl, LOL ??, and I honestly didn’t know where to put the coolant in my car. I had gone somewhere else first, and instead of actually showing me, they just tried to explain it. But here, they popped the hood, had me step out, and actually showed me exactly where it goes so I’d know for next time. I really appreciated that they didn’t just fix it, they taught me too! Everyone was super respectful and helpful. They even offered me water because it was so hot outside, and you could tell they all worked really well together to take care of me. Shoutout to the whole team working today! I really appreciate the kindness, patience, and great service. I came in not knowing what to do, and now I feel confident for next time. Definitely a great experience!

I was in and out very quickly. Everyone there treated me as if they appreciated my business.

Needed to get spark plugs and coils replaced. Really appreciated the throughness of Chanel and Dan making sure I didn't pay for services I didn't need and making sure my car was repaired with the most reasonable prices.

This is my primary automotive place for oil service. They're professional, thorough, very informative as they go through the process. A little steep on the prices unless you have a coupon. Overall, pleased with the service I receive.
