The service was quick just how I like it

I can tell this location just got new management and new crew. This place was my last option due to past experiences. But this time was much better. Zach and Matt serviced my car and they were perfessional and informative. Zach told me what oil my car takes and gave me options and recommendations for it. Verses the previous crew just did whatever they felt like and didnt offer any options.

New manager Paige has changed this location so much!! Quality service, CUSTOMER SERVICE (which never existed here) is amazing. I finally feel confident in the work being done in Carol Stream. Braylen was great and very helpful answering my questions as well.

I normally don’t go to fast service places like Jiffy Lube but this location can change that for me. They were friendly and efficient, most of all honest about service that I assumed I needed but didn’t. I appreciated the honesty and still had some other service done there.

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Angel and Ben! They were both extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. They explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable with the services, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across people who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind. Angel and Ben definitely made my day better, and I’ll be coming back because of the excellent service they provided. Highly recommend!

New management is amazing! Had an issue with my oil filter. Angel worked on it with every tool available, called around, drove to get parts and really put in the extra effort to fix it. He was upfront on the cost and time requirements for the fix. He works his butt off and really cares for the customer. I won't go anywhere else for an oil change anymore. Customer for life.

Ben did a great job on my oil change, making sure to use the best oil and more.

Did their job well. Good price ,under$70 for an oil change, they checked to make sure all my lights worked (which was a nice extra). If I'm wrong,I apologize . It's a young car and I doubt they checked the automatic trans fluid level. I'm not worried. I drove it for 45 minutes before I arrived. It's usually too hot to check unless they have a technical way to check it. I'll definitely go back. !

The guys were very professional, and checked everything. The also let me know we that cabin air filter needed charging. It was very dirty. No one every told me it needed changing. So I appreciate that they were through.
