I dropped my daughter off at school after driving about 1000 miles from Maine to drop her, her stuff, and her car off at college. Being a semi-respectable father, I wanted to give her car service so it would be a decent running order for the semester. We went into Jiffy Lube for an oil change in the tire rotation. They showed me a very filthy filter, which I happily agreed to replace, and then suggested that given the mileage of the car we should do a radiator flush. I hesitated a little bit due to the price, but hey, can you put a price on a decent running car for a daughter 1000 miles away in college? No. So I got the radiator flush ordered. As we sat down and began reading a little bit of a dated material on the coffee table The manager came back in and said that he had taken a look at the radiator and everything was checking out fine so I didn’t need to get it done. I was so thankful for him being upfront with me. I would’ve happily paid it and moved on and never gave it a second thought, but to know that someone took the time to verify if I needed an extra service is a gesture that I was very grateful for. I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to recommend anyone to go to this Jiffy Lube. Thank you, guys!

I brought our old but trusty 2000 Rav 4 in for an oil change. The battery died when they tried to move it out of the bay. The two men working on this day gave it a jump start and pulled it out. The battery died again. It was the alternator. Not only did they test the alternator but they offered to stay with me until my husband arrived and so much more. The two men who assisted me were wonderful! My review isn’t for the company, but the workers, because they are the ones who made it so that I am likely to return. Thank you for your kindness.

Great customer service

I was a little apprehensive going to a chain but the entire crew was efficient and communicative. I was serviced by Dakota, Alan, Ben and Joseph. When I came in I just asked for an oil change but ended up killing three birds with one stone and rotating my tires and replacing a bulb I completely forgot about but they caught in the look up. All in all the service didn't damage the bank account and I was in and out within 40 mins to get my tires rotated, oil changed, and headlight bulb replaced all for under 170

Dakota went above and beyond today. He is a star employee. I actually have been avoiding jiffy lube for quite some time due to a prior poor experience at a different location but went in today with a coupon. Dakota made sure that today more than made up for that prior experience. He was really able to win back my trust and I do plan on coming back purely because of the high quality customer service and going above and beyond in helping me with my concerns. He was also doing an excellent job being kind and patient with training Joseph today. Joseph was also very friendly and helpful. He was very detailed oriented and made sure that every step of the process was done well. I highly recommend not only this jiffy lube location but also these two employees in particular.

When I moved to Champaign, Illinois in 1999, I just randomly picked Jiffy Lube to service my car. At my very first visit, the service manager came out to speak with me and showed me the air filter to my car. I was just bracing myself for the predicted “your air filter is shot and you will need a new one. But it just so happens that we sell air filters at the low, low price of X.” That isn’t what happened. The service manager just showed me that my air filter was in great shape as was the car in general. That exchange stuck with me because I was a dumb dumb about cars (still kind of am). I could easily have been upsold an air filter I didn’t need, but that isn’t what happened. I’ve been a steady customer since that visit in 1999, and I feel that I’ve been treated with respect and integrity each time. And to bring the moment full circle, when I was last at Jiffy Lube this week to get my car serviced one last time before moving away from the Champagne area, the service manager showed me the air filter. This time, unfortunately, the air filter had been an Airbnb to mice and was pretty much shredded. So yeah, I did have to get a new air filter this time. ??

Always super fast and friendly! I’ve used jiffy lube since I started driving, and they’ve never let me down on their quality. I’ve never spent more than 30 minutes in there when it’s busy, and it’s usually not! So I’m typically out of there in 10 minutes!
