Great service at this shop.

The work was done quickly and professionally. The group, especially Dakota B, were all fantastic to deal with and very pleasant. My experience was about as good as I could ever dream of having for an oil change and tire rotation.

Dude was a pro. He had on those black surgical gloves, too. Complimented my car as well. All in all a good time. Waiting room needs updated though to be honest. Felt like 1998 in that thing. Other than that, cool. *Tried to upsell me on some air filter. I said no because of some YouTube doc I watched about some places not doing exactly as they were paid for.* 4/5

They were honest when I asked for a tire rotation, I needed new tires, they did not rotate the tires and charge me for something that I did not need. They were great with all that I needed and were friendly. I will be going back to them for the next oil change. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Did a great job. Still wants to show that my air filters are looking great by pulling them out, even though I changed them 2 months ago. Oil prices continue to rise though.

Jiffy Lube has always been my oil change & tire rotation provider. I lived east coast, west coast & mid-west. The Juffy Lube on Prospect & Bradley in Champaign. Quick - service in 15 minutes. Professional, friendly, competent. I always feel like I have gotten my money’s worth for their efforts. Good job Jiffy Lube.

The personnel at this Jiffy Lube have always been superbly professional. They go out of their way to explain everything with friendliness and patience. They are honest about what work does or does NOT need to be done.
