I had no issues with my oil change. The manager there he has been there for years servicing my vehicle and checking me out. He is nice. I'm grateful for the knowledgeable techs there in that I live out of town, and my vehicle is very important to me. I feel this particular oil shop and staff can be trusted.

They live up to their name-- Jiffy. No line. In and out in 15 minutes. I came from out of town, never been there before. Glad I chose this place out of the options that were available to me in town.

I went in Friday afternoon before Memorial Day, which can be a busy travel weekend, and I was a little dismayed to find lines of cars at all the bays and a full waiting room. But those lines and the waiting room cleared out sooner than I expected, and I was on my way surprisingly quick. They showed me my dirty air filter, which I had admittedly overlooked, but know how to replace myself--so there was no pressure from the technician. Courteous staff and a clean waiting room. Will be a repeat customer instead of going back to my previous oil change place or Walmart.

hey how is it going? let me tell you this. I have a hybrid i-force max 3.4L twin-turbo v6, in my particular case. 2 different Walmart automotive shops, one from Savoy, one from Urbana couldn't get the oil change done; they had every excuse in the book. So... before work i stopped at the Jiffy lube in Neal. Marone! they got it done fast and with great customer service. to top this beautiful thing I also had a coupon that had gotten in my mail. it ended up been cheaper than Walmart's. with this economy i was looking for the better price and to my luck i did got what i was looking for, cost and customer service. Randy who owns the place is business oriented. I like that, so i can tell you for sure i will be going back. Napleton's Toyota and the automotive centers at the local Walmart's need to step up and learn from Randy
