Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1901 S NEIL ST, CHAMPAIGN, IL, 61820-7217

Fast and Friendly

Very fast and very friendly service! First Class all the way!

Employees were friendly, work was thorough and the service couldn't have been quicker. They got my vehicle right in and right out

Great service, very fast as well! 10/10

Phenomenal- great service - QUICK - A little bit more expensive than other places, but to be honest the service I got here compared to normally getting an oil change was the best thing I’ve experienced so worth it in my opinion.

i have never been to better and faster jiffy lube than this. they had me in and out over my lunch break in less than ten minutes. i was extremely impressed and am definitely going back!

Great, fast service. My car was down faster than getting a cup of coffee from Starbucks.

These guys are always friendly and quick!

Very fast, reliable service at this location. Previous experiences were also wonderful, did not overcharge and waived a fee for AC recharging when that did not solve my problem.

Super fast, professional and friendly.

In and out. Friendly

Good service, they got me in and out efficiently and helped me understand the service options. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 is because there were some accumulation of leaves under my hood that would have taken them like 30 seconds to remove (and they were standing around talking, so they had the time), but they didn't. I understand I didn't request that of them, but it would have made them stand out if they did that.

Jiffy Lube on South Neil Street really lives up to their name. They changed the oil and filter with the recommended high mileage synthetic blend very quickly. I was impressed that I was in and out as fast as I was. I patronize Jiffy Lube for their advertised Signature Service which includes checking systems such as the tire pressure, windshield wipers and washer fluid, engine and cabin air filters, lights, fluid levels, and other components. They did ask me when I arrived whether I wanted new windshield wipers. I declined. I was in and out so fast that I’m surprised they actually checked the tires’ air pressure and the filters, even though they wrote that they did on the receipt. Keep up the good work! By the way, when I lived in Honolulu, the Jiffy Lube franchise there also vacuumed the car’s carpet and washed the inside and outside of all the car’s windows as part of their Signature Service.

Very quick.

Great service - and fast! I'll be back!

Great service! They got me right in and on my way out in no time at all.

Very prompt and thorough. Didn’t push me to add on extra things but offered them. I then added having the tires rotated. Would visit again.

Very nice and professional

I never leave reviews but this Jiffy Lube deserves some praise. This is the only Jiffy Lube in town I will use because they’re quick and professional. They also don’t try to upsell you like other locations. I go out of my way to go here, highly recommend!

The service was professional and thorough. I would return to this business for service again.

I’m very happy with how convenient this was. I was the second car in line and had a lot of things I needed done to my car, I was in and out in under 30 minutes.

I always go to Jiffy Lube. They are trustworthy & fast. Employees all pleasant. Wait time is never long. Great location on Neil .
