Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 2401 N AUSTIN AVE, CHICAGO, IL, 60639-2205

They always provide good and friendly services.

Very friendly and professional staff. Great service and a welcoming atmosphere. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Jiffy Lube

I usually come to jiffy lube whenever I need a quick oil change, and they get me right every time. Fast & efficient. Keep up the good work

A lot of us girls are told to stay away from places like this, but honestly, as a woman, I felt very comfortable coming here. I came in to get my oil changed, I knew I was way overdue. They had my car back to me in maybe in about 30 minutes, and they did an amazing job! They even vacuumed my car for me, which I thought was so sweet. I have a son who is always touching my windows, and Luis wiped all my windows down for me without me having to ask. He was so kind and made sure everything looked clean. The manager, Jesus, was amazing, and Jose was also great! Everyone working here was so welcoming and respectful. I will definitely be coming back.

Oil change was great, but I was harassed by text and email for an entire week for a Google review afterwards!

Absolutely amazing, Jesus and Orlando went above and beyond to help fix my car. I will definitely be returning for future needs.

My transmission fluid needed a flush so at the minute. They did it for me in the last minute before closing and I don't nobody feel like doing anything close to closing. Thank You

I went to get the Uber and lyft inspection. They gave me a price, and after they were all done. They blessed me. With the free inspection, I wasn't really expecting that. Talk to Chuey the Manager.

Excelente servicio

I’m from Ohio and I recently had my first experience with Jiffy lube; I was completely blown away by the patience and service of the staff members, as well as the coffee station ( My favorite part); The facility was clean and very well kept 10/10 would recommend the jiffy lube on Fullerton and Austin Ave

Excellent attention, very friendly and professional people

I took my car to this Jiffy Lube, and was treated with great regard. I came in wanting the Signature Service on my Honda CRV, and was told that my oil was still very clean. They topped my fluids and checked my tires, and made an impression on me.
