Abdi was so so kind and helpful. He took his time explaining everything to me thoroughly without it feeling like mansplaining, and even gave me advice on services not even offered at Jiffy Lube. The mechanics were great too, super fast. Best location I’ve been to !!

Excellent service at this location. I interacted with Abdi, Victor N and Victor G. Very thorough, helpful and profesional staff here. Google maps wanted me to go twice as far to a different location but I come to this location everytime because they get it correctly and quickly. Abdi went above and beyond to answer all my questions address everything my car needed and direct me to the cheapest dealer authorized services that jiffylube doesnt provide for my next steps. best place to get your oil done around.

Luis was greater oil change

I can be 100% honest when I say I trust the people at Jiffy Lube far more than I do it auto dealership! I brought something in that they normally don’t take care of, but they were able to handle it very quickly and informed me that they could’ve gotten the part far cheaper than the dealership could have. Luis was amazing. Taking care of it efficiently and quickly highly recommend going to Jiffy Lube for more than just oil oil changes.

This is my favorite jiffy lube. They are always honest about the condition of filters and what does and doesn’t need to get done.

Fast, friendly, and easy. They didn't try to get me on anything, gave her a full rundown of all the basics on my car, and replaced a bulb for cheap.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Robert! I came to the workshop because my engine light was on, and Robert noticed I hadn’t covered my oil tank. He immediately took action, cleaning up the spilled oil meticulously—all at no charge! I was truly amazed by his professionalism and positive attitude. I highly recommend this team of experts anytime. Huge thanks to everyone at the Western and Pratt location in Chicago!
