They're fast you're in and out I usually do my own oil work but lately I've been coming here I dig their shop and they know my car nice place to take your car

I have intentionally gone to this jiffy lube because I know it’s black owned while I am more tolerant with my own people I the owner may need to be there more often.

This jiffy lube location at 83rd and Jeffrey / South Chicago has been at this location for a while oddly enough with some of the same workers I have noticed every time I go there that the staff is great and the customers converse in a very neighborly fashion with one another most important the service I received was great

I am writing to share my positive experience at your service center two days ago. I brought in my grey 2023 Jeep Cherokee for an oil change, and the technician who assisted me was excellent. He was very professional and completed the service quickly. I was so impressed with his work and attitude that I plan to return for all my future service needs. I strongly believe he deserves a raise, bonus, or promotion for his high level of service. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name at the time. I will check my receipt when I have a moment and follow up with his details, but I wanted to reach out immediately to share this feedback.

The service technician was professional. His demeanor was pleasant and calm. He appeared to have my best interest as a motorist as he clearly explained what was needed for my vehicle. I would visit this location in the future.

Customer service was exceptional ! The overall service was great. My car is driving exactly how I expected to after that great oil change.Ive had other work done there as well and I haven’t been disappointed!

Jiffy Lube: Oil change, service is quick and professional, and it was top-notch! Also, it's great to have coupons!

They're always courteous they honor all senior tickets and coupons. They tell you what needs to be fixed ASAP and what could wait till the next oil change they make a list for you to keep track of what you need for your car and for me at 71 that's a big help. They also make a mean cup of coffee when they make it.

First time coming to this location saying that I will be back they got us in explained the pros/cons about our car and the the price is reasonable.

I needed an oil change badly ..Dashboard light on for past two weeks. I was the first in line at opening. THE store did open on time and I was serviced .Informed about the condition of my oil and informed how many quarts would be used ..well long gone are the 59.99oil changes ..I was also informed of the need for a radiator flush ..I'll have my main mechanic perform that service if he deems it necessary .Yes ..I actually have a trustworthy mechanic and have been going to him for years..first his father ..now the sons .Nothing better. This service store is on my way to work ...so I can get this service performed quickly and on the way ...its been 3 days ..no knocking or leaking ..so far so good .Thanks for the sticker reminder .. Hey ..theydont vacuum the inside of car any more ???
