Excellent service

Honest establishment and only replaces or repairs if necessary. Great team and fast service. What would have took 4 or more hours at the car dealership only took 1 hour on car work. They do alot more than just oil changes...in and out and didnt have to take off work as I would with the car dealership or other mechanics. Highly recommend their Harlem and Diversey location. Thanks Jiffy Lube!

No shadow of upselling temptation clouded their words; they resisted the lure like true hobbits before the One Ring, staying friendly, clear, and steadfast as elves of Lothlórien. These guys are hard workers. I pulled in and I was immediately greeted by a person I forgot his name. This alone makes a HUGE difference in the experience. Thank you for the oil change took them 10 mins.

I always have a great experience at Jiffy Lube: great/efficient service, knowledgeable staff, and comfort in knowing my car will be taken care of. I want to shout out Zulma at this location. She was so kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was safe. She deserves a lot of praise and hopefully a raise! Overall, I would recommend this location to my friends/family.

Great location to get an oil change! They gave me wipes for the inside of my car, and scraped the tow numbers off my car, which I really needed

Coming here is always a pleasure. The fellas are well mannered gentlemen and explain in detail everything that is needed anms well as their suggestions before my approval and working on my vehicle. I'm never there over 40 minutes when getting my oil and filters changed.
