Quick oil change with great customer service

Seamless experience. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff.

Jaime was very helpful and honest when I came in with a concern about a hole in my tire. He assessed my tires and advised that I replace the tire instead of patching it due to wear on the tread. He then checked and filled my tires. I have had my oil changed here before as well and they are efficient and friendly. I would recommend trusting Jaime and his team with your car any time!

Very pleasant experience. I didn’t feel pushed or manipulated to add unwanted services. They gave me a discount for being a teacher. I heard worship music playing in the shop, which I found wholesome and uplifting.

Great service. I was in and out in no time. Very polite staff. They hold the door for you, tell you to watch your step and thoroughly explain what is needed.

Actually my check engine light is back on, what as far as customer service they were very polite I got my brakes done. They put in two fog lights for me. They changed six spark plugs in my cylinders, and oil change. but unfortunately, the check engine light came back on so it might have to do with something with the engine itself But they did a good job

I appreciate the guys here at The Jiffy Lube located at the corner of the Diversity and Harlem. They definitely take pride in their work and it definitely shows. I’m so appreciated of them whether I am topping off or just simply getting an oil change They greet me with a smile and simply assist me and the fastest way possible. In addition, they notified me of the changes I need to make to keep my vehicle running smooth you guys are simply amazing. Keep up the great work.

Excellent service at this location! I was in and out in just 15 minutes. The team was incredibly professional, and I especially appreciated how they took the time to explain everything they were going to do in detail. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, it was great to have the process explained in a simple and clear way. My overall experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Omar and the other gentlemen were very quick I was in an out of there and they explained details and made sure I understood everything needed. It was a great experience coming here I usually go to all of the jiffy lines but this was my favorite one

Jiffy Lube , in Chicago, at Diverse and Harlem, changes the oil in 3 of my cars. I check the oil at home. to verify the level , and never have had a problem. Never a leak and level is tonight on !

The customer service was beyond top notch!!!!!! I’ve been a customer of Jiffy Lube for 8 yrs…I've always felt like a number in/out /next! Zulma was my mechanic today! She went OVER and beyond the call of duty to make sure all of my concerns were heard... Zulma didn’t treat me like another customer in line…Zulma treated me/all her customers like JIFFY LUBE FAMILY! This is the first and only Jiffy Lube location that cared about the car and the person behind the wheel!!! Such a great experience, I had a mishap and had windshield fluid put in my antifreeze reservoir ?? I spoke to Zulma and she took me in and flushed everything out and I got my oil changed as well!! Just the fact that this could happen on a Sunday afternoon was amazing...My friend forever!! Lol honestly I will come back for my regular oil change and say hi on Sundays!! Zulma and the staff were very welcoming . I will be back
