I always have a great experience when coming to the Jiffy Lube on 103rd Kedzie in Chicago! I live over on the east side by Stony Island now but I appreciate the great, friendly customer service at this location better so I travel to this location since I receive exceptional care!! Everybody was super cool and professional but that one guy mmmmm I think his name is zig. Yeah that guy is weird man . And he kept saying “ mmmm-Kay” I felt like I was in an episode of South Park with that one zesty teacher . Other than that great location , fast service. Will be back.

They inform you of everything they’re doing and what they checked on your car when you’re in for your oil change. Mr. Zig was informative concerning fluids, filters, and how often one should come in to service there vehicle.

Always professional, tells me what I may need. I got an premium oil change. Zig noticed one of my head lights was out.

Price of synthetic is what it is. Asked about the air filter and was actually shown it was still fairly clean. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. Overall good experience.

Great service. I was shown my oil filter was warn out and had not been replaced by my previous oil changes at the dealership. I've been going to this location with my previous owned vehicles and the service has always been positive.
