I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience today. I came in for a routine oil change on my 2023 Nissan with ~46,600 miles and ~5,000 since my last oil change. The men got me in right away, and Zig helped me at the counter. My situation was much worse than I expected; they showed me so much sludge on the dipstick and filter. I work in emergency medicine, and had come in after work, so I was still in my scrubs. They automatically applied a first responder discount and Zig explained to me in medical analogies exactly why my situation was so bad and what needed to be done about it. My oil was changed, my engine needed to be flushed twice, and my air filter was replaced, but the whole process took less than 30 minutes and during that time Zig took his time to be thorough in explaining to me everything in a way I understood in order to prevent any future issues with my vehicle. He spoke to me more like a concerned father than a salesman, given that I don’t have too much knowledge about car maintenance and many places/people will take advantage of that. I am so grateful for each member of the crew that got my car squared away today!

It’s a good 35-40 minutes from depending on the way I take but it’s always worth it.. 10/10 everytime plus zig recently recommended the new Spanish bakery down the block, amazing as well ??????

I love this Jiffy Lube! This was honestly my first experience at a Jiffy Lube, the staff was very kind and explained things in a way that didn’t overwhelm me. I wasn’t pressured to do anything additional (which is rare doing anything with my car) and I was given suggestions for moving forward. Great experience, they were even patient with my busy 4 year old.
