Great service

Went to Jiffy Lube on Western, near westside location. I needed oil topped off techs were courteous and knowledgeable. My tire pressure was too high so tech put correct amount of air pressure. Since I didn’t get full service wasn’t expecting tech to check tire pressure, so glad he did.

Luis and his entire team were on their A game—real lifesavers. I had just gotten brand new tires and a full brake job done about three weeks ago, and right before I was about to get on the road for a 16-hour drive, my brakes failed due to improper installation from another shop. I brought my car to Jiffy Lube, and Luis and his team immediately identified that the rear caliper hardware had not been properly secured, which caused the failure. They explained everything clearly and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Situations like this can be dangerous, and I’m grateful they were able to catch it and get me safely back on the road. This is what separates a great team from the rest. Thank you again—I truly appreciate the professionalism and urgency. ~Marvell~

Quick and professional, always come to this location. Never had an issue or problem. Excellent service

15 minutes in and out as advertised, not pushy on selling you extra products like other places. I was a loyal fan several years ago, but moved to independent places. Not as good, was shortchanged twice on oil, and always pushing filters, windshield wipers, motor was, radiator wash.

Quick and quality service for an affordable price. I didn’t make an appointment and was taken immediately. The whole process took about 45 minutes. The staff was very friendly and waiting room was comfortable.
