Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 2366 N CLYBOURN AVE, CHICAGO, IL, 60614-2932

Today I came in for a top off . I usually don’t let just anyone touch my Kia but I really needed a top off asap . Omar serviced me . Great service! He was friendly and he answered all my questions. I will now be coming to jiffy lube but only at this location and if Omar is there . He was also easy on the eyes! I definitely recommend this location.

Good service, just wanted oil change, person was really helpful and didn't charge extra.

Quick in/out as usual.

The greeter esme was very polite and the rest of the crew was very professional and efficient when providing the services that I requested of them.

I had an excellent experience with a no-appointment oil change and tire rotation. Fast and friendly service, clear communication, comfortable waiting room. Recommended.

needed a last minute oil change & didn’t have to wait too long, anthony at the front desk is nice & helpful too.

Robert is an absolute lifesaver! We pulled in just 5 minutes before closing, expecting to be turned away or just get a quick check. Instead, Robert went above and beyond, staying late to fix our car with amazing efficiency and skills. His professionalism and kindness truly touched us. Highly, highly recommend this location thanks to Robert!

The new guy at the Reception named Anthony was very helpful providing us with information about our vehicle and what is most important to take care of to least important. He was also very friendly and had a positive attitude the whole time. Definitely a great addition to the team for Jiffy Lube on Clybourn!

I can't say enough good things about this location. I initially went in for an oil change, but the inspection showed that my brakes were metal on metal. The team, including Esme at the front desk, were exceptionally helpful and understanding. They took great care of my car and went above and beyond.

Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The service was thorough and performed quickly.

I came here for an oil change and a new turn signal. Very fast and so polite! On the way out one person opened the door for me and another was waiting to open my car door for me. The royal treatment! Thanks, Jiffy Lube.
