Your full synthetic oil is great but will it really last me another 365,000 miles?

Came in after getting multiple expensive and conflicting diagnoses from other shops (including being told I might need a full transmission replacement). The team here took a more practical approach, replaced spark plugs, filters, and did a transmission fluid service. They also caught that I was missing a cap that another shop said they had installed but didn’t. After the service, the car is running noticeably smoother and more responsive, and they confirmed there was no metal in the transmission fluid, which gave me real peace of mind. Pricing was reasonable, but in this case it saved me from going down a much more expensive and unnecessary repair path. Appreciate the honesty and thoroughness.

Manny and his team were absolutely amazing and helpful with our services today! This Jiffy Lube shop is one of the best. We are given great and respectful service every time we go. They are very efficient - in and out so quickly! Manny was wonderful at explaining what we need without pushing services like some other shops do. That is so appreciated. We had our oil changed, tire pressure capped off, windshield wipers changed and fluid topped off, engine filter changed - declined the cabin filter because I know how to that myself! - and some serious corrosion on our battery cleaned that we didn't even know about! You guys and ladies are doing a great job. Keep it up! We will be back. I highly recommend this shop!

Juan was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel taken care of and comfortable. He was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. You can tell he truly cares about his work and about the customers. Experiences like this are rare, and it really made my day. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him.

Arrived one hour before closing on a Monday. A rush of about 6-7 cars were lined up outside. I wasn’t sure if there would be enough time to get an oil change before close. Promptly greeted outside with great customer service and told it would be about a 30 minute wait, until my car could be serviced (which was exactly right). Efficient, friendly, professional care from all employees throughout the service. Highly recommend.

Manny was kind and so helpful. My oil change took maybe 10mins. I was in and out in under 20mins

Had to come up to Chicago for a work trip and I needed an unexpected oil change with some other issues Manny and Juan were absolutely great! They were nice and had great customer service, took the time to explain things to me and assisted me with finding a reasonable solution that’s wasn’t going to break the bank.

My favorite place for a quick, efficient, cost-effective oil change. The staff are always kind and helpful when I need things like new wipers or tire maintenance, which I appreciate. have been going to jiffy lube for years and really appreciate the Great work and transparency regarding most needed versus not as needed work to be done especially when on a budget. I feel safer driving my old car around if I see my friends at jiffy lube.

They were thorough with the service. Asked questions about everything pertaining to the maintenance of my vehicle. The inside was clean and organized.

During oil change, worker said I'm low on antifreeze, so I asked him to show me and the level is exactly as it should be. The manager there is excellent with great customer service attitude.

Very helpful people, great customer service. I've never not gotten my oil changed at Jiffy Lube because of the customer service and this location checks every box you would expect from a Jiffy Lube.
