I’m glad to have had this experience today.

If you need great service, friendly with lighting fast speed, then take your car to Jiffy Lube on Ashland in Andersonville. I have taken my car here for oil changes, brakes, tire repair and many other problems. I have taken my car to these guys for many years, and they are always instantly accommodating based on how busy they are. When there are any bumps in the road they stand behind their work. I would like to note a special thank you to Adam, John, David, Benny, Douglas and the entire staff at this location for all they do!! Thank you to the guys at Jiffy Lube for the work they do and their dedication!

I look forward to getting my car serviced at this location. The staff are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, communicate issues without condescension, and never pressure me to accept the upsell. The lobby is comfortable and clean with all amenities that I could want. They let me bring my dog- he gets attention from everyone! At my most recent visit they even managed to pop my bumper back in place- an eyesore that I’d failed to fix myself whenever I made an attempt! Love these guys.

Been going for years. Always fair and they do work with you on coupons and discounts. Just got brakes done, fast and quick and the staff is incredible.

I just stopped in to have them look at a busted tire but they were very helpful in just getting me air and off to a tire place. Nice guys

I had a positive experience here with getting my 1999 Impala serviced with an oil change. They were fast and efficient and I appreciated them letting me know that my tires needed an oil change. The truth is they did. I would come back here for sure.

UPDATE: The issue was a cracked radiator. This was no fault of the shop. When I arrived the guys immediately diagnosed the issue, explained what likely happened (the radiator was too low on coolant prior to the addition of 2 quarts and possibly already cracked, adding the coolant with a crack sprayed the fluid out of the radiator), gave me a quote and a time frame for the repair. I picked up the car at shop closing time and all is well. It cost a fair amount for good work. Big thank you to the guys here and David for understanding my distress and helping me out. ---- Do not go here. Unfortunately this location made hundreds of dollars of suggestions in tune-ups. I did not ask for any suggestions, I asked for an oil change which I faithfully get on my well-maintained car. I have been to Jiffy Lube shops all over the country with this car and had no issues. This trip was my first time at this store. One suggestion was for adding coolant, I did feel trapped and acquiesced to adding two quarts. Now my car is smoking and there is extensive coolant leakage and damage to everything under the hood. This vehicle is my livelihood. Don't go here if you can't risk what happened to me. I will be returning today, I will update this review pending the visit.

I visited this location for an oil change and received excellent customer service from Mr. Marshall. He took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns, offering the best solutions for my vehicle. He also provided a helpful list of recommended services. Throughout the visit, he kept me updated on the progress of my car, and we were even able to identify and resolve an additional issue. Overall, a very positive experience.

Great, fast, convenient service. I got what I came in for: an oil & filter change. I also got wiper blades, tire pressure, and cabin air filter. They gave me some general maintenance recommendations for other repairs that I will bring to my mechanic.

I've been to this Jiffy Lube twice. The best place for car work in the city. The first time, I got a regular oil change. It was priced as advertised, efficient, and the team was very professional. The second time was for my breaks. The team was again - honest, kind, and knowledgeable. The service cost here is amazing and they are truthful about the work that you need done. Highly, highly recommend this Jiffy Lube!

This Jiffy Lube location is a welcome oasis in a sea of mediocre auto services. I felt like a celebrity the way that they took care of me. I highly recommend the location at 5601 N. Ashland. Very professional and friendly. 5 stars!!

I came in just to put some air in my tires, and Jay (sorry if the spelling is wrong!) was super friendly and helped me in literally 5 minutes. Great service - thanks a bunch!

I was trying to change my tail light and I couldn’t get the screws off bc I lost my ratchet. I called Jiffy Lube and they said to come by- John was so kind and helpful. Not only did he get the screws out, but he installed the tail lights for me as well. I’m so grateful and I would definitely go back for additional car services! Thanks John!

Bryan at Jiffylube is a very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I came here for an engine filter replacement and they don't have my car's model filter. So I bought one from Walmart but it's a little bit taller from the edge on all four corners. Bryan willing to take his time and take a look. So, he tried to put it on and it's close. We'll done!

Been here 3-4 times. Each time they are pretty quick, stuff is very kind and professional, had an oil leak they take care of it right away, l will keep coming here for my oil change and other needs.

This Jiffy Lube is great. The service was so fast, the mechanics were so kind, and they gave me service I was not expecting. I usually get my work done at Midas, but the guys here are better! I will be coming here from now on.

Got my oil changed here—super quick and smooth experience. John and Dove were both great—clear communication, honest advice, and real Porsche experts. You can tell they care about doing things right.
