Found a screw somewhere on my way home yesterday. I called Jiffy and they got me in immediately even though all their bays were full (they closed in one hour too). The gave me an estimate for the time to complete at around 25 mins and that was spot on. $25 dollars problem solved. Friendly service too. Thank you Artem K, I appreciate your help.

Quick 15 minute service. Helpful staff. Not pushy about unwanted services but made sure I was aware of them.

Great and efficient service on a slower weekday morning. They were actually honest and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need! Replaced only one filter behind the glove compartment that had never been changed in 8 years and it was not something I could have done myself. They warned me that the left front break was wearing down but was fine for now. I also had a weird rattle going in that no longer exists! Strangely, they didn’t quite get the red cap back on the battery, but the great service made up for it.

Around $80-$90 for an oil change but I do it to support the community. The guys and their boss are always in uplifting spirits. Love the vibe here

Had a great experience at this location on a Wednesday morning. They were busy with 3 full stalls & one person ahead of me waiting when I arrived, but I was able to get an oil change, light replaced and tire rotation completed in less than an hour from the time I arrived. Everyone was friendly. Great coupons available on their website as well!

Haratio A was great, he was such a nice person and made sure everything I needed fix was addressed. He is knowledgeable and talks through the parts and why they need to be replaced. Mike Leaks is a welcoming person and respectful, took care of me and walked me through the process. The entire team provides quality care and they make sure you walk out feeling secure on the road. I recently visited the Jiffy Lube location on Western and Pratt and had a really positive experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary services, and completed my oil change quickly. The waiting area was clean, and the overall customer service was excellent. It’s refreshing to find a place that is both honest and respectful of your time. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Superior service!!

I feel like we are all sometimes hesitant about Jiffy Lube but for once there is a decent one on Lincoln. Mike was a decent and stand up guy and Thomas was very respectful, I usually do my own maintenance but I had no time today and they did a great job thank you!

Been to other places around Chicago and Lincolnwood including Valvoline and I was getting quoted like $150 to $160+ for an oil change. This Jiffy Lube took care of me for around $94 after the discount and honestly that’s a huge difference. What I liked the most is they didn’t try to pressure me into buying extra stuff. I told them straight up I only wanted an oil change and they respected that. No weird upselling, no making me feel like my car was about to explode if I didn’t spend more money. The team was cool, quick, and professional. After this visit, I actually trust this location and that’s hard to say with oil change shops nowadays. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change. See you guys again in 7,000 miles.

I had an excellent experience. The customer service was great and they got me in out quickly. The technician explained everything thoroughly and didn’t try and up sale me on things I didn’t need. He made good recommendations. I’d definitely come again.

Everyone did an excellent job with my car and they were very nice and polite. They did a full inspection of my car and gave me all the relevant notes and were quick. Will definitely be back to get another fast oil change from them.

I choose this Jiffy Lube because the team is incredibly efficient, competent, helpful and uber friendly. I NEVER go to my Lexus dealer anymore because it’s refreshing to go to a place that actually cares. On my last visit, I replaced my windshield wipers (installed!) for the same price would’ve cost me an auto parts store. They gave me an option to clean off my two engine filters, but I chose to replace them to be safe. Zero pressure. Fair pricing. And truly the care. Keep up the great work guys!
