Fast, and efficient.

Awesome full synthetic oil change service with brake, tire, fluid, & filter check in and out in 10 minutes! Team was friendly & took care to keep everything clean while completing the service.

Great customer service. Employees are very caring and knowledgeable.

This is my new ‘go to’ spot for an oil change! Karl, the manager, is so personable and professional, and the staff are efficient and detail-oriented. Reviewed findings and suggestions after inspection, but no pressure. Also very clean waiting area and bathroom. Fair price and discount offered, and I was out of there in less than 30 mins!

I stopped by earlier this week to get my battery replaced. They greeted me right away, walked me over to the waiting area, and pointed out the coffee, water, and restrooms, letting me know they’d be starting on my car immediately. You could tell the whole team genuinely cared about making customers feel looked after. While I waited, I noticed how smoothly everyone worked together. They stayed in constant communication, kept everything moving efficiently, and treated each new customer who walked in with the same friendly, professional attitude. I was in and out in about thirty minutes. The only small issue was that the car wasn’t fully reset afterward, so I came back the next day. They fixed it right away and also gave me helpful recommendations for a few maintenance items I’ll likely need down the road. I drive a 2016 Hyundai Elantra, so it’s given me my fair share of problems and it’s basically a “hope and prayer” situation every day lol but I’m driving it until the wheels fall off. Overall, great customer service, great communication, and a team that clearly takes pride in their work. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at this location today. I stopped in with two of my kids, and from the moment we walked in everyone was friendly and welcoming. Haratio took care of us and was awesome. He greeted us right away, walked us to the waiting area, pointed out the coffee, water, and restrooms, and let us know they'd be getting started on my car immediately. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure customers felt taken care of. While waiting, I noticed how well the whole team worked together. They communicated constantly, stayed on top of everything, and treated the next customer who came in with the same friendly and efficient attitude. Haratio also pointed out a few maintenance items my car will need down the road. I appreciated that he explained everything without making it feel like a sales pitch. It felt like honest advice instead of someone trying to upsell me. Another employee also made a point to greet me and thank me during my visit. I wish I remembered his name because he deserves a shoutout too! This is usually the Jiffy Lube I go to, but today's visit really stood out. Great customer service, great communication, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Definitely one of the best service experiences I've had in a long time. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and very efficient.

Had a great experience, was in and out very quickly on a early Sunday afternoon. No drastic attempts at ludicrous upsales (i did let them top my coolant for $5 bc it was the only thing they upsold me on and its summer- so it actually makes sense that coolant would need topping!!). Everyone was super nice and honest.

Since moving to Chicago in 2024 I’ve been visiting Jiffy Lube for all my oil changes. The closest location to me is on Ashland Ave, recently I had to visit a different location because of some lot maintenance being done at the Ashland location. I visited the 5401 Lincoln Ave location and let me just say I will be going back there for the foreseeable future. I was greeted as soon as I entered the parking lot, was asked what I needed and promptly escorted inside. Every single person I interacted with was so incredibly kind and professional. Frank greeted me by name, Juan gave me a thorough breakdown of what all was done and inspected on my vehicle. I also appreciate that they didn’t try to push me for additional products/services and simply stuck to the oil changes, but Juan informed me of their findings so that I could ask questions and make informed decisions from there. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Always quick, helpful, and don't try to strong arm you into things you don't need. They've caught tire safety issues while doing inspection and were able to make the repairs same day

After a blow out on one of my tires right down the street, I had done an emergency pull into the facility. A manager I believe by the name of Juan immediately greeted me, asked me what was wrong, I explained my situation and him and another member of his team tried to help me get a new tire and helped me put my spare on until I could get to a facility that had the tire my car needed. After asking how much did I owe I was told there was no need and they just wanted to help me in my time of need to get me back on the road. 10/10 fully recommend these guys.

Found a screw somewhere on my way home yesterday. I called Jiffy and they got me in immediately even though all their bays were full (they closed in one hour too). The gave me an estimate for the time to complete at around 25 mins and that was spot on. $25 dollars problem solved. Friendly service too. Thank you Artem K, I appreciate your help.
