Always come here for my Oil Change, my Anti Freeze was empty and went in to get it changed, there must been a problem with something on the computer in the morning and couldn't get in, but still helped me out, topped me off filled the tires it was only $5 dollars but it goes along way nowadays, always a great service

Now you can go somewhere cheaper, just it will be so unreliable. I’ve gone here, never had an issue, and they go out of their way to make it cheaper and help you in more ways than they have to. Alberto and his team were especially wonderful. He went several extra miles for me and I couldn’t be more grateful! Ask questions and they’ll help you! He really turned my annoying car tasks in to a really happy experience. Thank you guys. 10/10 recommend!

alberto and team were lovely. they had my oil changed, coolant and filter replaced in like 10-15 minutes. easy stop!

Staff is exceptionally courteous. They always inform me of what work they recommend and allow me to make my own decision. Once came in for an oil change and my fender was slightly out of place, they popped it back without me asking and for no charge. Truly great people!

Great service

Ive been coming to this jiffy lube (countryside location on la grange) for every oil change over the past year and Alberto and the staff always gives me the best service. They are always welcoming me with a smile and the best care. I will continue to come here because of Alberto’s great customer service. I appreciate their hard work and patience!

I only come here for oil changes! I came in to get an oil change because I lost my sticker so I had no idea where I was at with it. They let me know I still had a few thousand miles left instead of doing the oil change and charging me $$$. They ended up topping off whatever was needed! Staff was dope too.

Went to Jiffy Lube LaGrange for my Volvo 2014 oil change, oil filter, cabon filter and all the extra services. All technicians were (Victor, Albert, Chris, Hector, Tyler) super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and prices are affordable. Will come back again.

Wow! They took good care of my car. Recommend a thicker oil for my 2014 Chevy that burns oil quick. I didn't even know there was a thicker oil. Victor O explained everything to me on a level that I understood. I will for sure be back.

Fantastic service from this location! Polite, efficient, friendly and trustworthy! I had literally gone to five places before here trying to get help with getting air in my tires during the recent cold snap… These guys got me in and out in literally 20 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime! I was really impressed and incredibly grateful, so I bought them a couple pizzas for lunch! And in the future, they will most definitely be getting all my vehicle maintenance business, and I will refer all my friends and family here too.

Professional, Courteous, went above and beyond. My service was done in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the service I received.

I have been going to this location for a long time. Most of the major work I have done on my cars is either with a private mechanic or, most recently, a dealership. The smaller stuff (fix a wiper blade, check air pressure in tires, oil check, oil change, filter change and most recently switch out license plates I have done here. I have gone to other Jiffy Lube locations in the area and Minnesota. This location, by far, is the most helpful and honest that I have experienced. Thank you for always going above and beyond.

Best jiffy lube I’ve been to I will definitely recommend this establishment. Berto took care of everything I needed for my vehicle and I felt like my car was driving like new after getting the maintenance done! The mechanics are extremely professional. The building is clean and offers free coffee and filtered water in the wait area. Check in here with all your quarterly car maintenance!

After two failed attempts in trying out the La Grange location, I was too tired to drive to Orland Park’s location which their service is exceptional and fast. I decided to give Countryside’s location a chance and I am pleased I did. I was politely greeted by an older Hispanic male (sorry I didn’t get his name), and had the pleasure of meeting Alberto. Both gentleman received me with positive, warm, and professional attitudes. My oil change process was quick. I’ll keep this location in mind for future services, and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
