Excelente lugar muy buena atención súper recomendando

Fast and easy. Affordable price

This is hands down the BEST Jiffy Lube location I have ever visited! The customer service is truly exceptional, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Dustin was especially kind, professional, and welcoming, taking the time to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. It is rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service, and Dustin absolutely went above and beyond. The staff’s professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to customer satisfaction make this location stand out from the rest. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a team that truly values its customers. I will absolutely be coming back!

Had a great experience! Didn’t wait for too long like in other places

I visited this location, and the staff were very friendly. They completed everything very quickly, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Super ??

They did a fast and smooth Lyft inspection on my car. I'm glad for their service.

My son's car had a brake light out, and he had concerns over head lights. They replaced only what was necessary and answered my questions about the headlights. I have taken many vehicles to this location for oil changes, tire rotation, fluid top-offs, and battery replacement. Excellent service

I’m very glad that I chose this place for my oil change. I’m a new single mom and they didn’t make me feel stupid. I’ll be back

DW was helpful for my inspection. Awsome service. Thank you.

Great service . Thank you!

Great service! They exceeded my expectation! People are very professional and the service is very high quality I had received . My favorite place to service my car !

I recently had my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube on Oakton in Elk Grove Village. The men who serviced my car were very friendly and personable. They worked with me staying in the car which was important as I have a broken leg, wearing a cast on my leg and have to use crutches, so it was great I could stay in my car. I didn't have a coupon, but since this was my first time there, they gave me a coupon rate. Even though I live in Rolling Meadows and there are closer Jiffy Lubes to me this is going to be my go to place for oil change. There was something they couldn't do, but they gave me an excellent recommendation as to where I should go for the repair work. Great job men.

Guys are so helpful and fast. Exceptional service.

Best service in town. I've been coming to this location for years. Every oil change, transmission flush, uber inspection done with care and with a smile. I love my local Jiffy Lube.
