I took my car in today at around 6:40pm knowing that they close at 7PM. They were very welcoming and helpful. They took great care of me. I highly recommend this place. The staff was great!

Iv Used Chicago locations in the past, wasn’t impressed. First time here at Elmhurst. 100% recommended. Very fast, professional and no hard sell on other services and parts. Great staff.

Everyone there is very helpful and did their best to fix the lights on my car some of which I didn't even know were out as well as a torn rear wiper blade. They were all very pleasant.

Very kind staff, and the owner, KARI, it’s amazing! I am a woman, and I feel that she explains everything in an easy to understand, respectful manner. It’s Very much appreciated. Because cars are not my area of expertise. I recommend this location 100%.

I have always chosen Jiffy Lube due to its professionalism and speed. In these days and times my schedule is hectic and I am always in a rush. Jiffy Lube always exceeds my expectations and their pricing is far better than their competitors. The team at the Elmhurst location are extremely professional and thorough . If you are looking for speed,accuracy and reliability then this is the right choice.

My experience here was great, i have 0 complaints with the service. Everyone was amazing and professional got me in and out quickly. The 3-4 emails pushing for me to leave a review is a different story…

This was my first time visiting this Jiffy Lube location and I was very impressed with the service received. The staff was very courteous, and explained what was going on with my car in a language I could understand (i'm a female who knows nothing about cars). They didn't force the extras on me, but did suggest repairs that I may need to have done on my car. And wow the speedy service was an A+ in my book. I must say it was the little things that made me happy about getting my oil changed. Will definitely go back, not just for my next oil change but to have the suggested repairs done. Thanks a bunch Jiffy Lube Elmhurst.

The extremely overqualified woman running the show provided some above and beyond service. She was clearly busy as hell dealing with Union Pacific and their extremely...... slow employees (phrasing that as kindly as possible), but made sure to take care of everyone with a smile. Knowing Jiffy Lube, she ain't getting paid enough to run your shop.

First of all, very friendly and engaging staff. Made me feel welcomed an cared for. They shared with me what was going on with my car, and when I asked about something I needed addressed, they both told me and showed me what it was, and how it affects my car. This month I could only afford the high mileage oil to be changed (license plate sticker month), I didn't get any high pressure to do it now, just answers about how soon I should have it done. That's nice. That brings me back, though I've been using this Jiffy Lube since coming to the area. I was in and out in a short time knowing that many things we in good shape, and a couple I need to address.

Great quick service by WOMEN!!! I was impressed. Running late after work, I called to assure to get serviced. The team stayed open a little later for my oil change, and gave me a coupon discount! Manager informed me of future needs for my vehicle, not pushy yet informative. Above and beyond service. Great Job!

They are always pleasant and very “user friendly”. They explain things so you really understand what’s going on with your vehicle. The service is great and the wait is never long.
