I always receive good quality customer service at this Jiffy Lube. I don’t live near this place but I travel to this one because of the customer service I always get. They are very focused on getting the job done and getting you on your way!! As long as I keep getting great customer service, I will continue going to this place. I pass other stores on the way to this one but the customer service is horrible!

To all of you that has a desire for an exceptional oil change. My recommendations would be this location. I've been a customer for many years with jiffylube and experienced some challenging experiences. But I never experienced not one at this location. I am pleased to say the professionalism and service are truly exceptional and I have no complaints. The staff is warm, respectful, informative and truly heavenly people. I came into Jiffy Lube yesterday around 5 ish PM in my Ford Fiesta because my car was acting strange. I was honestly nervous and frustrated, especially because it was my birthday, and being at a Jiffy Lube was definitely the last place I expected to spend part of my day. But I truly believe I was meant to pull into this particular location at that exact moment. A young man who was incredibly kind and patient took the time to talk with me, explain what was going on, because honestly I’m just a girl lol. He help me get safely back on the road. I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but I hope management can figure out who he was based on the timing of my visit. His kindness made what could have been a stressful and upsetting experience feel so much better. Sometimes it’s not just about the service , it’s about the person who takes the time to make you feel cared for when you really need it. I am so grateful for his help and for the way he treated me. Please recognize this young man for me. He was truly a blessing, and I hope he knows that his kindness made a difference in my birthday and in my day. ??

????? Had my oil changed here today, and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly, the service was fast, and they explained everything about my car in a way that was easy to understand. Special shoutout to Claire (I hope I got your name right!). She was so kind and helpful. About a year ago, I had a bad car accident right in front of this Jiffy Lube, and she came out to calm me down and make sure I was okay. It was really nice to see her again today under much better circumstances. Thank you, Claire and the whole team. I’ll definitely be back!

This is the second time I come here for service. The welcoming and the good service they give is what brought me back. All employees are welcoming but Victor has such a warming smile and calmness/ patience. Had a bad day but Victor and crew change that. Still after completing the service Victor asked if everything was okay and if there was anything else he could help with? To me Victor went above and beyond showing care for the customer.

Everyone at the Elmhurst Jiffy Lube is friendly, kind and helpful! Each time I visit, I have a wonderful experience. Service is fast and I’m always greeted with kindness.

Oliver was very professional they had me in and out and explained everything that my car needed and what was going on and they didn't pressure me to buy anything or add anything and they were honest and I will come back again

Recently took my 18 Prius for an oil change and rotation. They asked me the standard questions. I wasn’t pressured into changing anything I didn’t want to, which was appreciated! I also checked if they still work with fleet since I have a company truck that will be needing an oil change soon. I’ll be bringing my work truck here too.
