Out of all the Jiffy Lubes I’ve been to, they are definitely the most friendly and accommodating to my car needs. If there’s a long wait, even when I didn’t feel like it was, they would always be sympathetic about it and apologize.

This was a great Jiffy Lube! I’ve been here many times, and the service is always quick and upbeat. I appreciate the energy and respectful interaction. The lobby is timely but got a recent makeover…new chairs, floor, paint! Nice! Highly recommended location.

Jiffy Lube Service was friendly, fluid, fairly quick. The service manager informed me of optional services like cabin air filter and engine filters. Provided me with previous service dates to show me that these filters were over a year old. Great communication and crew did a nice job. I would sincerely recommend Elmhurst Jiffy Lube.

My car has been burning oil and I was rushing through traffic to get to the shop as it was 20 minutes to closing. The staff was very friendly and reassured me that they would service my car. I really appreciated that they also checked and balanced my tires as I always struggle to do this correct due to mobility issues with my hands and arms. Great service from beginning to the end, the staff were great nice and welcoming. The oil change was quick and efficient, had some recommendations too and some complementary services as air in the tires. The price was affordable in the high range but it's worth the service ?? I recommend this location.

The experience was impeccable. I was greeted right away by Erica, who helped me from beginning to end. She explained the services that were available and made the whole process easy. The oil change itself was quick. I was in and out in no time!

They really seem like they care about you having a good experience and are passionate about taking good care of your car.

Quick. Professional. Skilled. Didn’t try to upsell. One of the better run Jiffy Lubes in the area. This location accepts the online coupons so head over and show them the coupon from their website and you’ll be out of there in 15 minutes with an oil change at a discount.
