Fast and friendly

Fast, friendly, thorough review of vehicle before oil change. Filter replacement was nice recommendation, can tell the cabin really needed it air is much fresher.

I am from Michigan. On Tuesday evening, August 18, 2026, my right brake light and turn dignal stopped working on my trip to Illinois to see my brother who has been ill. Early Wednesday morning, August 19, 2026, I went to Jiffy lube and without charging me, John kindly changed the bulb so that we could drive safely. My heartfelt thanks. John is a wonderful representative of his organization!

I only go here for my oil change!!!! The best!

I have good experiences at this Jiffy Lube. They are quick and efficient. I don't get a sense of up-selling. The prices are posted and they usually find a coupon to apply.

Quick and professional service. They didn’t try to up charge me. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Always friendly and informative!

The entire staff is friendly and this is why i keep coming back! Umair the Manager is one of the nicest individuals I’ve come across. He explains everything in detail and gives recommmedations on what services you should do in the future.

Quick service. Helpful attendant.

I appreciate that Jiffy Lube was able and willing to fix my glove compartment that mysteriously jam locked closed and they were a big help here, also finally got the cabin air filter replaced! Thank you!

Third time here and will continue coming back.. i thought I needed 4 tires and front and back brakes... they said I only needed front tires and rear brakes.. i have come in twice with a nail in each of the remaining old tires and each time they patched it for $25 and didn't try to sell me another tire. So when im now getting an oil change and the tire patched and they tell me I need an engine / oil flush i trust them ?? and am having them do it. All this is great but its actually the convenience that is the best part. I just show up when i need to with no appointment and they start the work right away... Last time I went home while they did the work but had to turn back around because it was ready 5 minutes after I got home so now I just wait in the waiting room... thanks jiffy lube!!

Umair and Jose are always welcoming, kind, and professional. This Jiffy Lube location consistently does a great job and has become my go to for routine and minor maintenance. I always appreciate the friendly, reliable service.

Recently moved to the area and needed an oil change and pulled in here and they met me at my car to inquire, really nice guys and good customer service. They had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Would go back again!

I went in right as they were closing. They were so kind, and got what I needed done. A couple of guys even stayed past closing to make sure my car was taken care of! Wonderful service.

I love my jiffy lube service … they always tell me what I need to do or if I can wait until next time … and they take care of my car wonderfully !!! Happy they are always there

Very professional and great service!

I love bringing my car to this Jiffy Lube for oil changes. The staff is friendly and honest they don’t push unnecessary things on you. They always get me in and out relatively quickly. And I love that I can come in in between oil changes and they will top me off of my washer fluid.
