Mario and the rest of the gang helped me out a lot. I don’t really know much about cars, and it wasn’t like he gave a long history lesson, but I can say I know a lot more about my car than I did previously. And as someone who drives everyday, it was great to have someone break down ideas to you in a digestible way and do your services too. Quick services and great info, when they do become multi service able, I don’t see why I wouldn’t come back to have them look at my car. And they don’t try to hussle me out of more money. Affordable, they look for deals with me. Yeah to make it short, they really helped me out!

Mario and his crew were very friendly and had the best customer service! Mario explained everything about his recommendations for my vehicle and even looked up its history for me. I would recommend his store and staff to anyone! Glad I stopped in!

The team of technicians at the Jiffy Lube location at 18233 S. Halsted St, Homewood, Il were friendly, had good customer service, and did a great job servicing my vehicle for my oil change. They gave me recommendations for my next service. They will also email you a discount coupon. I highly recommend that location!

Erik Mario and Fabian took the time to explain and show me the difference in the filters so I would know more about the service needed to keep me running!

Today I had the best experience that I've ever had at any oil change chain. I was assisted by Tre and William who both explained to me in simple terms about my vehicle maintenance. My service was fast, educational, and not intimidating like other places. Thank you both for a great experience, I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here.
