I came to Jiffy Lube today after waiting 2 1/2 hours at discount tire in Gurnee just down the street. While I was in line trying to figure out why my car wasn’t worked on yet, Dan, the man from Jiffy Lube was there picking up tires and suggested I come by him and they took me right away. Five stars for jiffy lube!

It was a cold Chicago day. I was miles away from home in Indiana. My car wasn't sounding good. Maintenance light came on. I took my car to Jiffy lube in less than 20min I was on my way. Good customer service too. Kudos guys

The entire experience was positive when I visited. They immediately listened to my concerns and reassured me that they could take care of it. On a Thursday night at 5:15, I was in and out in 30 minutes with all of it resolved. I can’t tell you what a relief it was, and everyone was just super friendly and accommodating Thank you!

My experience with the staff at the Gurnee Jiffy Lube is always a polite, friendly and professional one, my car and me are in and out in no time. Restroom was very clean and they even had complimentary coffee in the waiting room. Truly this staff is are a great asset to the Jiffy Lube company, Bravo to the Gurnee team!

Staff was a little busy in conversation that they forgot to look up my engine light code that I asked them to do. Also they didn't put a sticker on my van until I asked for it. I usually receive great service at this location so I come often. But this time I was a little disappointed.

What I liked about my visit was watching how the crew interacted with each other. Everybody seemed to be actually enjoying themselves. Relaxed enough to joke around with each other but serious enough to perform the work quickly. They topped off washer fluid & coolant, aired up the tires, full synthetic oil change. As far as I can tell, they did a good job.

Stopped by in a 'crisis' with a cracked oil pan. The guys (Thomas & Azante) were amazing.. professional, understanding, and reassuring.. no pressure, no upselling.. just clear info and solid recommendations. They took the time to walk me through everything they were doing and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. Had a few concerns going in, but they didn’t brush me off — they actually listened and gave honest feedback. Appreciate the transparency and professionalism. If you’re looking for a spot that treats you (and your car) with care, this Jiffy Lube is IT

Very professional group of individuals there and the time to do the service was speedy. I had an oil chance and transmission fluid change. It was a better experience than at the dealership. And I’ve gone to many Acura dealerships for service and this location beats all of them. Thank you guys

The Jiffy Lube off Grand Avenue in Gurnee is awesome! The people were super friendly. They did a great job and they were very efficient! I highly recommend them.

My experience at the Gurnee Jiffy Lube was very positive. I was met with a professional team that quickly got me in and out in about ~15 minutes. All I wanted was an oil change and I got more than I expected. They checked my tire pressure, cleaned my exterior windows, and refilled my windshield fluid. Overall, great service and excellent workers. I will be bringing my truck back on my next oil change.
