Wonderful service the staff we professional and friendly. When I arrived I was greeted by Brian who Instructed me to pull up to bay 1 from there he took me to waiting area offered me to what was available as for as refreshments. He then retrieved my information and throughly explained what I would be getting with the service. Included me with every step of the service. I felt like the red carpet was rolled out just for me. Definitely will return and told all my family and friends about the great service ????????????

Brian has great customer service skills, very straightforward and honest about what I needed to get done. A breath of fresh air when everywhere else seems to be trying to scam you into spending as much as possible. 10/10 will be coming back.

My experience with this jiffy lube was pleasant and good I went for an oil change they took my car right away and checked everything and told me about what I needed on the future and what I needed right away they definetly got a new client with me lexi was very polite and real good trained I highly recommend this jiffy lube

Brian here was super friendly and knowledgeable in helping me figure out my car issue. I was working in Joliet and my oil pressure light came on. I put more oil in but it stayed on.. so I thought maybe my oil filter was clogged, as I was at the top of my milage for needing a oil change, which I usually do myself when I'm not on the road traveling. Point is, during and after getting my oil changed here, Brian spent the time helping diagnose what it could be, and confirming that it's safe to drive my car till I get home. When I got home my mechanic changed the oil pressure sensor and that was the problem. I got a regular oil change here that cost $60 for my 6cyl. Engine. Thank you Brian.
