I’ve been coming here for oil changes and general maintenance, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The mechanic is honest, professional, and always takes the time to explain what’s going on with my car without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Everything is done efficiently and at a fair price. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust with your vehicle, but this is definitely one of those places. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about what great service this Crest Hill jiffy lube provides. They go above and beyond and are always very friendly, professional and efficient. Brian, the manager recently ordered me a new dipstick for my car because my other one was so old it cracked when they were changing my oil. They installed it for free and they always top off my oil If I bring it in for something else. I also appreciate that they are not pushy like other service shops and don't try to oversell you on stuff you don't need. As a matter of fact, just the opposite. If they feel you don't need something, they will tell you and I appreciate that honesty. I also appreciate the coupons and service reminders they send me in the mail very frequently for both myself and my son. I highly recommend this Crest Hill jiffy lube for their professionalism and great service ??

Super quick and friendly staff. I wasted over $1400 at a different place for an inspection and repairs while they found the oil leak within minutes of me being there. And came over and let me know Brian is super chill and the staff is the best! Super clean and super chill if they arnt Super busy its great being able to have a quick chat with the staff. If im in the area again I would Definitely stop by and I only came in for a oil change too! Wasn't able to do my transmission flush bc i have a sealed transmission but I was alright with that my main concern was the oil change and it was cheaper here than last place the last place I whent to charged me $203!!! For an oil change bc my ram took 2 more qt of oil they said. Not here!!!! Great price reasonable and friendly staff!!!

This Jiffy Lube is great. Brian is the store manager and he is extremely friendly, professional and straightforward. He was with another Jiffy Lube before he started and he earned my business through his superior customer service skills. I know live two hours away but Brian has earned my business so much that I will drive out here if I need work done because he has that trust.
