Wonderful customer service. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change.

These guys went way above and beyond. Minutes before closing time they gave us peace of mind for our ride home by checking the rear diff fluid and being honest about what it needed instead of charging an arm and a leg. They also checked out my exhaust and found that the pipe wasnt connected correctly and that was the cause of the noise. They didnt need to do that. They were also really sweet to our kids and offered them candy on the way out. Its so great that there are good, honest people in this world who dont just want to take advantage of folks!

this is my first time coming to this location and it will definitely not be my last I was in and out in a time efficient manner and the entire staff was super friendly and very helpful! thank you for a great experience!

This marks my third visit, and I consistently receive outstanding service, particularly with oil changes and tire rotations. I have never encountered any issues. Brandon, who assisted me during my recent visit, was highly helpful and informative regarding my vehicle. The entire process was seamless. I highly recommend this establishment for automotive services.

I came back to JiffyLube after our 'free' oil changes ended at the dealer. I used to come to J-Lube all the time with my van for oil changes. Staff was quite friendly and efficient, the waiting area had all been redone and was quite nice. The tech handled everything quite professionally and was very personable! Great experience all the way around!

Jiffy lube on Jefferson Street staff is always friendly. Explain everything that’s wrong overall just satisfied with the service going there for a couple years now and will continue if the staff continue being the same.

Honestly the best oil change customer service I’ve ever gotten. They really look out for ya. Aside from the upselling on stuff you don’t need (kinda part of the job), they know your stuff and work fast as hell. I’m often to and from Chicago - anytime I need work I’m coming here.

I stopped by this location of Jiffy Lube so that I could have my vehicle inspected to drive for Uber. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee, directed to the lane I needed to go for my services, kept informed every step of the way. Midway through the inspection, the service tech came out to ask me some questions and we updated all of information in their system attached to the vehicle -- which was a complete bonus for me because that's when I found out I get 15% off all of their services as an Uber driver! All in all, the entire experience only took about 15 minutes. I'd say that Jiffy Lube (at least the one on Jefferson Street in Joliet, IL) is doing it right!! Keep up the great work...

Excellent service, the female manager there was beyond helpful. She showed me things wrong with my car that even Dracy In Joliet failed to mention.

The workers here are always friendly. If you’re lucky, you’ll be in and out of there quickly. There’s always hot coffee. You can see what they’re doing to your car. Mark and Jose the manager are very professional. I’d recommend this place to others. (Maria)
