The workers here are always friendly. If you’re lucky, you’ll be in and out of there quickly. There’s always hot coffee. You can see what they’re doing to your car. Mark and Jose the manager are very professional. I’d recommend this place to others. (Maria)

This jiffy lube comes with amazing staff! From Mark that did an amazing job. To Jose whom not only made sure his team took care of my truck, but also the interaction with customers made everyone feel right at home. Jose, you have a great team here. Everyone made me feel comfortable here. We will definitely be back. Overall experience was great.

On Wednesday, February 25, I urgently required an oil change and visited the Jiffy Lube on Jefferson Street in Joliet, Illinois. The team there delivered an exceptional caliber of service—truly the highest standard a customer could hope to receive. The service writer identified mechanical concerns I had been completely unaware of and addressed them promptly and professionally. Throughout my visit, the staff remained remarkably courteous, consistently checking in to ensure my comfort and keeping me thoroughly informed about the status and timing of my vehicle. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to quality service were exemplary. These employees are genuinely deserving of commendation—and a raise. I don’t remember their names, but I drive a 2025 Hyundai Tucson, black and color

When you know you have to get something done. But you don't have much time. And you really don't know what all truly needs to be done. This Jiffy Lube made it very smooth efficient and quick for me. Very explanation on everything of what needs to be done and why it needed to be done. I enjoy my neighborhood Jiffy Lube they are very kind and curious.
