This is my third time going and every visit has been nice they are some nice friendly people who get you in and out

This was my first time visiting Jiffy Lube and I am very pleased with my service. I happened to pull in on a whim after being told from another shop that a mechanic would not look at my car this weekend. On my way home I saw the sign that they offer more than just oil changes. The mechanic who first approached me was patient with my naivety and explained everything to me. Everyone there was friendly. Long story short, my car is running smoothly again with a very short wait.

So far I haven’t had any problems.

I arrived thirty minutes before closing, but I was still serviced although they didn’t start until about ten minutes before closing. Great people and a great location. Robert and his crew were awesome!

I’m currently sitting here now chilling while being serviced and it’s some eye candy (Keean) as well so great morning. Oh and yes they hooking my lil put put up and helped me with discounts and applied my coupon. Win win

The technicians were professional and great workers. I got a oil change that was done in no time at all.

My fiancé and I were out of town, about 2 and a half hours from home on Thursday 7.30.26 when our car broke down on the way to a concert in Tinley Park. We were 30 mins from our hotel and desperate when we called Jiffy Lube. They answered the phone with kindness and got us right in. Dion is who worked on our car. He was pleasant, polite, reassuring, hard working, and answered all our questions. He got us back on the road, to our concert in time, and back home safely. Highly recommend this shop, employees, and especially Dion!
