The technicians were professional and great workers. I got a oil change that was done in no time at all.

My fiancé and I were out of town, about 2 and a half hours from home on Thursday 7.30.26 when our car broke down on the way to a concert in Tinley Park. We were 30 mins from our hotel and desperate when we called Jiffy Lube. They answered the phone with kindness and got us right in. Dion is who worked on our car. He was pleasant, polite, reassuring, hard working, and answered all our questions. He got us back on the road, to our concert in time, and back home safely. Highly recommend this shop, employees, and especially Dion!

Wonderful experience! David met me upon arrival and helped me get inside and access to cold water and comfort. Keenan had exceptional customer service skills, and I worked with him the most. He gave detailed pricing and suggested options, and was very informative on recommendations. Very friendly and kind. Made the process smooth. Both gentleman were patient and professional! Also, both have a great sense of humor. Very nice experience. ??

I've had a negative experience in the past, but they've changed their staff & it was a terrific experience! Jason, Keenan, and David were so helpful and friendly. My oil change took about 15 mins. They checked my tire pressure and car fluids. They checked my filters as well. Very thorough and professional.
