My experience was EXCELLENT! Upon entering the bay, I was met by Keenan. He was very professional and smiled when he spoke. He informed me of what I needed for my vehicle. I then met Jason who was equally professional and very nice. If you're looking for swift, professional service with staff that are quick to meet your vehicle needs, Jiffy Lube, Lansing, IL is the place to go!!!!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else, unless they have a chef cooking free seafood for the customers. LOL The staff is great, knowledgeable, friendly and FAST. I appreciate them always being respectful and professional. My go to location for every oil change.

It was a little, because of the world situation that’s going on with the gas. The fellas in this Jiffy Lube are very respectful and work as a team. It’s been changed around big time!!

Mario was great. Got my oil changed super quickly and showed me my filters so I could tell whether or not they need to be done instead of the usual people who try to get you to do it regardless.

Did a great job on brakes and rotors, got me in an hour and half before they closed

The guys at the shop were nice and they got my oil change done really fast and offered other things that I needed like a filter and anti freeze. Good experience.
