Excellent service

The service was efficient, the staff friendly and the waiting room comfortable

Was getting my emissions tested nearby on my Jeep and it didn't pass due to a small electric issue. Was told to go to a mechanic, but short on time, money, and coincidentally also needing an oil change, hopped in this Jiffy Lube hoping MAYBE they could assist me. I appreciated their willingness to try and help me before automatically saying no, making me feel safe with their opinions, and no doubt helped me potentially be taken advantage of by a mechanic for $$ in the end. Thank you Masum, David and Ricardo for saving the day for me. I will be back here for the next visit and will spread the word of your team's kindness!

They got me in and out quickly, very friendly and didnt try to overly upsell me!
