First time ever getting an oil change by shops since I’ve always been doing mine myself. They made the process very easy and quick! Very thorough with explanations along with caring for other things I usually don’t pay attention to on my daily. Definitely would recommend!

My son's car was rear-ended yesterday afternoon. Due to the damage, I needed to take him to his chemo treatment this morning at a hospital 25 miles from home. My CR-V desperately needed an oil change though. At 7:30am I stopped at the shop near Main and Roosevelt in Lombard where I had had other work done but was told they couldn't do it today, so I stopped at the Jiffy Lube at Main and Roosevelt. Even though they weren't going to open for another 20 minutes, Matthew (the new owner) said he would do the oil change right away for me. He was done in 10 minutes!! He didn't try to sell me anything extra like I've experienced with other oil change shops in the past. I paid more than I would have at the other shop, but I needed it done on short notice and Matthew helped me out. I'm very pleased with the service!

Not usually in the area and took a chance because I had the time and needed the oil change. I was waiting for my oil change when the 4th guy came in. He said … do you trust this place? I said I was looking at the reviews and it seemed good. The man sitting next to me said he followed the manager from Oak Brook and he does great work, so does his staff. The lady in the room said well it’s just an oil change. Long story short we all talked for 10 minutes on how important it is on who takes care of your car. The manager here was nothing but kind and did a great job ensuring my car was running well and didn’t try to oversell me in anything. I’d drive the distance to come to this location again.

This place is now under new management and it’s sooo much better than before. If you previously wrote this off because you didn’t like the service, I suggest you reconsider. This will be our go to oil change spot going forward.

Been going to get oil changes here for a couple years now as I have limited time to get things done having little ones. Service is completed timely, everyone has been very friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciate they tell me when things don’t need to get done but when they may be expected to get done cause nothing is worse than being up charged for nothing. Will continue to come back!

Such a great Jiffy Lube! It has been under new management and the difference is undeniable. The manager Ed was so helpful and made getting an oil change a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful staff! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. What more could you ask for?!

I called ahead to see how long the wait was and to receive pricing. The location 'got busy real quick.' I was told 15-30 mins upon arrival...it was twice that. Plus, they did fill up tires. Not bad, but not great.

The manager ed was beyond exceptional..my 2024 Corolla took special oil and ed the saint he is went out of his way to find it for me saving me 75$ compared to dealership... the world needs more people like ed...

They did great. Got my blinker bulb replaced fast and right!

Jasmine was very friendly, explained everything that I needed and didn't need at this time. Ed was also very kind to me and friendly. They Knew how to make you feel comfortable.
