Here’s a polished Google review that highlights both the problem and the exceptional customer service from the manager and employee who helped you: Tonight, my husband went to the Jiffy Lube location for a routine oil change, and unfortunately the service was not completed correctly. Our car didn’t even make it a quarter mile from the location before it broke down due to having no oil. We were stranded on the side of the road, scared, stressed, and extremely worried about the damage that could have happened to our vehicle. Because the Crestwood location was about to close, no one answered the phone when we immediately tried calling for help. Thankfully, we contacted another Jiffy Lube location, where Manager Daniel Williams and Service Technician Larry Johnson stepped in and completely changed this experience for us. Even though the issue did not happen at their location, they treated us with compassion, urgency, professionalism, and genuine care. They listened to our concerns, reassured us when we were panicking, and truly embodied Jiffy Lube’s core value of helping customers “Leave Worry Behind by Keeping Vehicles Running Right.” What impressed us most was that Larry Johnson went completely out of his way, even after hours, to come help us on the side of the road and make sure we were safe and not alone during such a stressful situation. That kind of dedication and humanity is rare these days. Daniel Williams also stayed involved, communicated with us, and made sure our concerns were taken seriously from start to finish. These two men turned what could have been an absolute nightmare into a situation where we still felt cared for as customers. They deserve recognition for going above and beyond their job duties to help complete strangers in a stressful and potentially dangerous situation. Thank you, Daniel Williams and Larry Johnson, for your kindness, professionalism, and integrity. Jiffy Lube is lucky to have employees like you representing their company. Both of these men deserve acknowledgment and recognition for the outstanding customer service they provided tonight.

Great service fast

I had an issue with my front lid on my Nissian Pathfinder. Upon arriving at this JiffyLube location, I was received with smiles and full of positive energy. My car was serviced immediately and they fixed the latch the issue within minutes. All the employees were respectful and they made me feel welcomed.

Devin was an amazing help. He was very informative on the risks that can occur when you leave certain lights unmonitored. The process was fairly quickly, but not rushed. He made sure to answer any questions that i had with a warming heart.

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube! The mechanic, Devin is excellent, no cap! I made an incorrect assumption that he was up-charging me by suggesting that I get a synthetic or synthetic blend based on the model of my vehicle. I disobeyed and got the conventional which was the cheaper option. However, after leaving I secretly checked my owner’s manual which indeed stated that the recommended oil for my vehicle is synthetic or synthetic blend. Paying the extra money wasn’t what I wanted but my car rides better. As a woman, it’s sometimes difficult to trust that a mechanic will have your best interest but I can say that I trust to come to Devin with my vehicle. Thanks Jiffy Lube of Matteson ??

not too sure about the other locations (because i’ve never been), but MYYYY jiffy lube NEVER misses. i love my jiffy lube in matteson DOWN BAD, i say. everyone is kind, the process is quick, and i don’t have to get out of my car to pay anymore! 100/10 experience :)

Rosalio is the oil change technician I ever had. I appreciate that the whole bunch of people that worked on my car from head to tow was sold a lot of interest and they did things that I never had done in my car before and I was so willing to pay for them. This is a great place to come to tell everybody.
