Always fast friendly service, highly recommend!

I like this location over others. I believe they are honest and don't try to oversell. They are very kind and provide quality service. So far I have no complaints.

I have to say this is my local Jiffy Lube. They excel in customer service, the are polite and kind and accommodating. During the winter I went their several times due to my tire light. They checked and inflated my tires at no charge, they were polite and gave me fast service. I highly recommend them.

Happy to visit that location every time for the good service, time is critical as always but they take care of you. Thanks for the smiley welcome and the cleaning of the car.

This was my second time visiting the Jiffy Lube in Melrose Park! First time was 4 years ago. On Friday, May 1, 26, Kevon’s customer service from drop off to pick up was absolutely the BEST! Knowledgeable and patient! The entire staff greeted each and every customer ensuring they were helped. “That left a great impression with me’ My car needed a major tune up and now it’s riding like a brand new car! Consider this location my new go to spot going forward! I will be bringing my son’s car next for a tune up. Job well done Jiffy Lube’ Melrose!

Great overall experience

The guys at this jiffy line location are always friendly, efficient, and honest. I have been going here since I started working in the area. I take my husband's and my father's cars here too! I get my oil changes from here and they are always very fast (I've waited no more than 30 minutes in my experience and that's with 4 people ahead of me) They just replaced my water pump and was the cheapest quote I could find. AND they honored the quote given to me after 3-4 days!

Had a good experience with professional service and no issues. Was taken care of of right away and cost was reasonable.

I have been bringing my car there for years always great service on whatever has been worked on my car. If there is a situation that you’re not satisfied with the owner will take care of it for you. I recommend this jiffy lube for any work for your car.

Excellent service and professional people

The morning crew at this Jiffy Lube always take good care of me when I get my oil changes done or if I ever need air in my tires. I come in for top offs in between oil changes and to get my tire air pressure evened out from time to time. There's never a long wait, and I'm usually in and out pretty quickly. They don't offer to do any unnecessary work, but they will always let me know when I could use an air filter change, be it engine filter or cabin filter, or if I need to replace a light bulb or something like that, which I will typically do on my own. There is a Jiffy Lube closer to my house but they kind of suck so I go a little further to go to the Melrose Park location.

Got breaks, oil change and they did some work that needed to be done was in and out within 45 mins from 4pm to 4:45pm! Very professional service & highly recommended. Will be coming back when car needs more maintenance! If you need anything ask and call ahead before your arrival . They do close at 5pm on Sundays.

Very nice friendly professional environment. My oil change was completed they got me in and out quickly everything explained to me well. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Thank you for your service. I usually take my car to dealership but i decided to take it to Jiffy Lube and I’m glad I did I will now bring my car for service regularly
