They are fantastic.. compared to most places, they truly understand and empathize with their customers and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.. want to give a big shout out to Nate who specifically did an awesome job diagnosing and solving a weird problem I had with my car

Got new brakes from my Toyota dealership and my car started to make noise every time I braked. Went back to the dealership to resolve the issue and the dealership didn’t fix it after explaining the noise I had. After being frustrated with Toyota, I decided to go to Jiffy Lube and Nate was quickly drawn to my car and fixed the issue in an hour and 30 minutes. He addressed the issue and explained what was happening with my OEM. He even took the time to listen to the noise while driving it. Once the service was completed I drove the car to check the noise to confirm it was all fixed. My car no longer makes noise when I brake and I’m very satisfied with the service and hospitality. I highly recommend Nate and his team!

I’ve really started trusting this location more and more thanks to Nate. Not only is he honest and willing to take the time to genuinely care about your concerns and answer your questions, but he also seems to be training his staff really well to be patient, upfront and eager to help. I’m glad this location opened up near me because I never have issues coming here. I trust Nate’s work and advice and they are always transparent with pricing breakdowns if I ask. It’s also a very clean and nice location with comfortable A/C in the summer and cozy heat in the winter. Water and coffee while you wait and the bathroom is clean and stocked. Thanks for working with me and for dealing with my pain-in-the-butt visits. I appreciate you guys! Highly recommend this location everyone!!

Nate's Team is the best in the industry. We brought our RV in for an oil change and literally out in 15 minutes or less with my giant RV. Can't get service like this any where else highly recommend you try.

Crew was very nice and prompt with my repair to my tire with screw in it. I questioned if it was even needed and team actually showed me the defect and that it was needed.

Great service. Very knowledgeable crew. They found a mouse nest in my air box. They cleaned everything out and recommended i do a injector cleaning due to driving it with the nest. They did the work and its been running great since.

Had to leave a review for a few reasons: 1. The CLEANEST place I’ve ever had my car worked on. This facility is spotless. 2. Nate, the owner, personally stayed after hours to help diagnose an issue with my Volvo that literally nobody else has been able to do for months. He actually has the software that luxury dealerships use to diagnose specific problems with their models that normal diagnostic tools cannot. This + his experience helped identify the problem. 3. The team helped remove a lot of anxiety. It can be difficult to know who or what to trust when you’re getting your car worked on, but they broke everything down for me with no pressure and were very educational. Thank you, Nate and team!

15 Minute Oil Change, no lie the quickest and most professional service i’ve had done. i had asked a few off topic questions related to some steering wheel feedback, and my brake pad life. Both of which were answered within minutes. Highly recommend
