Got an oil change. Mechanic noted that the tailgate in my minivan wouldn't open. Took a look, figured out the issue, ordered a part that was cheaper than I could buy it for, and installed it for the price of an hour of labor a week later. Seriously the best service I've ever had for my car. Thanks to Nate and everyone at Jiffy Lube.

Great shop and employees

Came to get my oil changed and got more than I expected. The operating manager fixed my dashboard gauges while walking me through it. I’m so elated from the service I received. Learn something everyday.

I brought my truck in for a routine service and ended up getting much more value than I expected. The staff carefully checked everything over and identified serious rust, and other safety concerns. He walked me through his findings, answering all my dumb questions and recommended detailed steps I could take with the dealership to get it resolved. There was no pressure, just information and genuine care for safety. I’m really grateful for their thoroughness, honesty, information, and integrity. I highly recommend this location, and won’t be going anywhere else.

I used to go to the Gurnee location, but had some bad experiences with them. I was happy when I saw this new location go in. I was very impressed- clean facilities, great reception area, quick service but most importantly: knowledgeable staff!

This Jiffy Lube is a great location for getting quick work done more than just an oil change Nate the main mechanic over there. Great person doesn’t overcharge. Doesn’t try to over fix and is super communicative. Continue to take my vehicle there.

Fast and friendly service! A bit pricey, but not terribly so. Comfortable and clean lounge area. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, either. I've been there twice, and both times have been great experiences.
