This place is excellent! From the cleanliness of the waiting area, quick response from employees, efficiency in completing the work and completing in a timely fashion. Great location just off of 176 and 60/83. And they do more than change oil! Highly recommend!

I always have a great experience when I go to this Jiffy Lube, 3 Sysmex in Mundelein, IL. Crew is always so helpful and knowledgeable with everything with my car. Recommend Highly!!

I went to Jiffy Lube in Mundelein a week ago and they offered to put in some parts my van needed. I returned today with a windshield washer nozzle and a dip stick and the crew put them in. This was so nice!! I didn't have to leave my car at the dealership, let alone pay the exorbitant labor prices. The customer service here is above exceptional!! I wish I had gotten names because they do deserve recognition. I won't hesitate to use this Jiffy Lube in the future. You can't go wrong with the guys and gal here.

Great place for getting oil changed, light bulbs replaced, wipers replaced, etc. They even do a bit of cleaning. And they have always honored the coupon for the service that I came in for. Jiffy Lube in Mundelein has honest, hardworking people, in my opinion.

I had my oil changed and everyone was supper friendly and knowledgeable! My windshield wiper fluid was leaking at they were able to fix it in such a timely manner! I definitely found me my new go to Jiffy Lube!

Fast service without being pushy. *Often will provide convenient freebies like topping off your windshield wiper fluid. * Recommends other services like new wiper blades or having filters replaced but will not be pushy about it (even if you probably should replace them).

Today I had my oil changed here and my experience was excellent. After stopping by Grease Monkey, my normal oil change shop and finding that they did not have the oil filter for my vehicle I decided to come to try out Jiffy Lube. All I can say is you’ve earned a life time customer. I was greeted kindly and time was taken to make sure I understood what was going on. Mason was a huge help in the process and I thank him kindly for being so great. Keep up the good work here and I’m happy to say I’ll be back again!
