As I was waiting at the stop sign right in front of Jiffy Lube, the car I was driving suddenly decided to stop working. The guys at the shop came to help me so quickly, and they fixed the problem within less than 1 hour. Great service and great people!! I couldn't thank them enough for all their help.

Quick, honest, and hassle-free oil change. I’ll be back. They explained everything clearly and had me in and out. I really appreciated how thorough they were they checked my fluids, tires,etc. Clean location and good customer service.

I went for a reset for my battery cause I’ll admit I didn’t know how to disconnect the power from this one and they went above and beyond truly helpful team and even showed me how to disconnect my battery I believe the mechanic working on my car was named Rob I truly hope I got the name right I’m so bad with names and I apologize if I got it wrong but a super nice older gentleman with some awesome tattoos if you go here he’s the best man for the job!

Came to the Jiffy Lube New Lenox location for the first time. The whole crew there was great to me! Each service option was clearly described and the pricing was straightforward. They treated me like they valued my business. They listened to my concerns and provided useful answers. Great place to go for oil changes and other vehicle repairs.

Everyone of the crew treated me like family. It was a very expensive repair. I trusted that the technician had a handle on the job even though it was expensive.

Very fast and great communication with the mechanics

After a horrible oil change experience at Phillips Chevy, where I had most of my oil leak out within the hour and need to be towed back to the dealership, I was quite uneasy about going to a new oil place this next time. I pulled up to this Jiffy Lube and was greeted by a friendly employee and got in right away. I have a VW Atlas and need a special Euro blend oil and filter that they had in stock. It’s not a bunch of teenagers working there and they did a great, prompt, thorough job. I was done in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be taking my car back there for future oil changes! Thank you NL Jiffy Lube!
