First time at this location. Team was extremely nice and didn’t try and sell a bunch of items like other places typically do. Waiting room was really clean and good visibility to watch your car from the lobby. The guy greeted me at the car and got me checked in. Will return in the future.

Great customer service! We came in with some car issues and they were quick to check it out to diagnose the problem and help us come up with a solution! Definitely recommend!

Went go oil change. They had a deal going on that allowed me to get a free checkup and windshield wipers. Recommend.

The staffs were very professional and nice. I walked in without appointment on a busy weekend, and was able to get my car inspected within reasonable time. There were complimentary snacks and drinks. The waiting area was clean and cozy. Will recommend to friends.

Fast and friendly service. Exceptional work by the staff and especially the mechanic, Hyde, who assessed my problem, ordered parts and repaired my vehicle quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this location for more than just oil changes in a jiffy!

I was able to get in same day. Staff was professional and nice. I was able to see their interactions with other customers as well as a few kids that came up selling candy. They were polite to everyone and explained the service being provided and answered all questions patiently. I will definitely be back!

Great customer service! The workers were very kind and respectful. They let me know everything I needed to know! Edit; I came back to get the services that they recommended me, which was a tune up, valve cover gasket, & a new battery. It was well priced and Hyde was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. He offered a discount for the services as well! Also my car hood had dents in it due to it and incident and Hyde was able to remove the dents. It looks as good as new & he did it without extra charge! That’s saved me stress, time, and money, I’m beyond grateful and satisfied! Overall a great experience. I definitely recommend coming here. I will definitely be back for more services :)

These guys and gal were great!!! Not only were they informative but they were a great team working together to answer any little questions I may have had about my old jalopy. I definitely will be returning as the service was amazing and the over experience a joy!

Hyde and John and Nate worked they're hardest to get my issue resolved they were patient, competent and you could tell they knew what they were doing, if I ever have to come to jiffy lube again I'm coming here.

First visit to this establishment, Class Act led by John Ingram. Very helpful in explaining diagnostics. Clean establishment, enticing to customers that don't have to sit in their vehicle to wait.

I brought my car in to get my tail light fixed after trying everything else with no luck. From the moment I arrived, costumer service came out to greet me with great energy and was incredibly helpful. They pulled my car into the dock right away and Hyde immediately got to work. While I waited, I really appreciated the cozy coffee station; perfect on such a cold day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had my car fixed within 30 minutes, which completely exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here for any future issues and highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and reliable service.

The men that work here are always so kind and hardworking they take great care of my car. The girls will get this but sometimes it’s kinda scary going into a car workshop alone because… I know nothing about cars… and some people will take advantage of that. These men never do that, they are always offering discounts and making things easy to understand and are kind and patient if I don’t understand something. They are never pushy always just straightforward and thoughtful.

They are always thorough and get the job done right.

I haven't had any issues with my many experiences with this company. The service was good, and the speed of service was acceptable. Waiting area was clean and tidy. I sure wish there was actually a complimentary bottle of water available because I was actually thirsty from my travels. Unfortunately the mini fridge was totally empty.

The quality of service I just received from these dudes is absolutely insane, both for price and this being a walk-in service . I heard about them through word-of-mouth, but they blew me out of the water. Educated, professional, knowledgeable, and with a massive shout out to Hyde, who was in charge of my truck. I've never felt more at ease leaving my baby in someone else's hands. I asked a million questions and I was given an answer to every single one.

Service was great. A worker came out to my car and got me checked in and all I had to do was pull my car up to the garage. Oil change was quick and workers Nathan and Hyde all were really nice. Ps. I am not friends with them

Just like the commercials, I barely had any time to relax it was done so quickly.

In town visiting our daughter and decided to check Fluids before we got back on the road. Was greeted by Nathan who was a complete professional and courteous right from the start. I mentioned my check engine light was on, and he immediately said that he could check the computer for me. At that point, he said a mechanic could give me further information about the readings. The mechanic Hyde, came to my car very quickly and assessed my engine and then gave me a thorough breakdown of what maintenance I needed. One of the most professional, kind and courteous experiences I’ve ever had at any auto repair or maintenance shop. I would highly recommend this location to anybody in the area. Thank you Nathan and Hyde!!! When I came to this site to give a review, which I very rarely do, I read so many reviews that sounded exactly like the experience I had and knew this was the way they treat everyone. WOW!! What a great place. Honestly one of the best, if not the best, Jiffy Lube I've been to. Staff is friendly, respectful, and quick. Facility is clean and looks great! Don't forget to get your Veteran Discount if you are eligible for it!
