Great service! Thanks to Charles, Dominic and Rebecca for helping to discover those dirty air filters. Now my car runs smoother and the air conditioner even cooler. Service was warm, respectful and professional. Probably the best Jiffy Lube I've been.

Their honesty is what makes me come back to them every time I need service on my car. I thought I needed the entire headlights replaced for the car, which would have cost hundreds of dollars. Jiffy Lube looked at the car and told me I’d only need new lightbulbs, which ended up costing me $30. Highly recommending this place for maintenance work.

I bought my Jeep in and was scared about the worked needed done but Tim put all my worries at ease. He was not only knowledgeable about what needed and how to go about it but he was also incredibly kind and respectful throughout the entire process. Tim took the time to explain what was going on with my fluids, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was topped off properly before leaving. He really made my day. It’s rare to come across someone who is both skilled and genuinely considerate—highly recommend!

The Techs were very professional and curious. They alerted me to a pre-existing issue which I didn't notice having.

This morning I was traveling to an out of town destination for an important all day meeting when my oil light notice went off. The workers at Bloomington Illinois Joffy Lube were very prompt at finding a dirty air filter and yet complemenatary of the good shape of the tires despite their age. My oil was changed and new filter placed all in less than 15 minutes. The workers were reassuring about being efficient so I could still timely get to my meeting without worrying about any problems on my long trip home . I had asked a different service if they could help me and was told it would take over an hour compared to Jiffy Lubr’s prompt service. I recommend this group to anyone. Plus as a bonus they honored an online coupon discount!

Not necessarily what I wanted to hear, however it was truthful and they made it the best it could be. They provided various options to determine what what was best for me.

I appreciate how they showed me the cabin air filter and engine air filter. They explained the purpose of those filters, what happens when they are dirty, and how it affects the vehicle. They did not have the engine air filter on hand for my 2020 Honda Civic. They said come back tomorrow (they were about to close) and they will install it. I would have paid for it the same day as oil change but the service would be next day. They gave me a discount for being a first responder. They explained the tread bar on my tires and how my tires are low but filled them up. Professional. Helpful. Knowledgeable.

Always friendly and helpful. I bring both of my vehicles here and haven't had any issues. Had to wait a little longer than usual once for a filter to be delivered for my Mini Cooper but they kept me informed on what was going on.
