Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1990 E College Ave., Normal, IL, 61761

Tim was great. He serviced my car thoroughly and quickly.

Very polite crew and good service overall.

Mark was very nice, friendly and professional. He listened and explained everything. Russell did the actual oil change. Everything was pretty quick and easy, and I was able to use an online coupon. Will definitely return.

Fast, friendly, and no pressure to do a bunch of expensive extras, like at so many other places!

Great customer service

love them!!! super efficient, informative, and kind. will be my go to spot from now on! and call ahead before coming in to get a coupon from the automated answering machine !

Tim is incredibly nice and hardworking! I was just doing routine oil change, it was my first time in the shop, I had my baby with me and we were just snacking the whole time. We were in and out in 20 minutes. (To Tim’s boss, please give him some sort of reward/incentive for his hard work he really deserves it)

Great guys here, we’re very nice and fast! Very friendly with my nervous dog who I had with me after a vet appointment.

Amazing customer service from the moment you pull up until the moment you leave. Customer service is top notch, free coffee/water in the lobby, comfortable waiting area. No pressure, no hassle environment. Never taking my car to another place.

They were prompt and very friendly to deal with

They were pretty busy today, but gave exceptional customer service! With the $30 off Sunday coupons circulating...my only recommendation would be more help for them. I've always had great service!

Super friendly and helpful staff!

Detailed, efficient work and professional customer service. Go the extra mile to answer questions or address concerns. Definitely will return.

Quick and friendly service. I just purchased a new vehicle and this was my first oil change. The team there went above and beyond and helped show me how to check all the gages on the dashboard and took the time to explain what things meant. Would recommend this spot for anyone!

I was in need of last minute services to my car. They were able to help me immediately and diagnose issues that needed immediate response versus others that could wait. They showed me the oil cap that clearly showed issues and explained everything in detail. They were all kind, courteous and got me on my way in a super reasonable time. Thank you!!
