I bought my Jeep in and was scared about the worked needed done but Tim put all my worries at ease. He was not only knowledgeable about what needed and how to go about it but he was also incredibly kind and respectful throughout the entire process. Tim took the time to explain what was going on with my fluids, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was topped off properly before leaving. He really made my day. It’s rare to come across someone who is both skilled and genuinely considerate—highly recommend!

Rear breaks and all the things related done at this facility...the manager, Mark was amazing from first meet to picking up and leaving with my vehicle. Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly and facility is very clean.

The Techs were very professional and curious. They alerted me to a pre-existing issue which I didn't notice having.

This morning I was traveling to an out of town destination for an important all day meeting when my oil light notice went off. The workers at Bloomington Illinois Joffy Lube were very prompt at finding a dirty air filter and yet complemenatary of the good shape of the tires despite their age. My oil was changed and new filter placed all in less than 15 minutes. The workers were reassuring about being efficient so I could still timely get to my meeting without worrying about any problems on my long trip home . I had asked a different service if they could help me and was told it would take over an hour compared to Jiffy Lubr’s prompt service. I recommend this group to anyone. Plus as a bonus they honored an online coupon discount!

Not necessarily what I wanted to hear, however it was truthful and they made it the best it could be. They provided various options to determine what what was best for me.

I appreciate how they showed me the cabin air filter and engine air filter. They explained the purpose of those filters, what happens when they are dirty, and how it affects the vehicle. They did not have the engine air filter on hand for my 2020 Honda Civic. They said come back tomorrow (they were about to close) and they will install it. I would have paid for it the same day as oil change but the service would be next day. They gave me a discount for being a first responder. They explained the tread bar on my tires and how my tires are low but filled them up. Professional. Helpful. Knowledgeable.

The speed at which they got me out of the shop is UNBELIEVABLE, the suggestions: on point. Great job

The Jiffy Lube team on College Avenue was outstanding! -10° wind chill and they walked outside and met me at the car and asked how they could help. I was in and out in minutes and they showed respect for my safety and the car as they directed me in and out of the shop. Outstanding service! I’ll definitely be back!

Went in the other day because my tire blew on a Monday morning on my way to work, got me in and out put on my spare for me they were amazing will definitely be going back.

In and out in a Jiffy ! We were met outside the big door and guided into the lobby by a very polite young man. I was asked what type of oil I would like to be used in my oil change and the process was fast and professional , the facility was clean and modern. . A little pricey for an oil change but I’m sure it was competitive with other places. Would highly recommend !

Love coming to these guys always let me know what I need and when I need never pressuring me to add unnecessary things. Will continue to come for the same friendly faces:)
