I just had the best experience at the oak forest location. The employee told me to look up a coupon and I was able to get 16 off for that service. They didn’t try to up charge me for anything. It was really quick and he was super friendly.

Hey guys thank you for checking out my review for today today I visited jiffy lube located in oak Forest it was about that time to get new tires for the winter for months like most people I kept putting it off I kept happy to fill up my right front passenger side tire with are almost every other day the owner told me if you don't want this to keep happening you're going to need some brand new tires for the front I eventually took his advice I made the time to come in and get my business taken care of I was extremely satisfied what's the world class customer service from not just the manager but the entire staff the work that was done was very professional I would recommend anyone best looking for a top tier fully serviced Auto repair shop to look no further I would definitely be back thank you for the business and making sure I'm safe out there on the road God bless

Good service staff with good managerial supervision

This Jiffy Lube is great, the people there are fast, friendly, professional and just go above and beyond. However, the coupons from the jiffy lube website for discounts on services, and those that have a percentage off just don't work. The gentleman Sal who worked on my vehicle tried all the service coupons for that location on the website and those behind the counter to no avail. He was kind enough to give me 20 dollar coupon that did work, it wasn't from the website. So please Jiffy Lube fix your coupons.

Fast, Friendly, & Professional service! I always have a great experience at jiffy lube in Oak Forest. The staff are always incredibly friendly and they take the time to explain everything clearly. Jose is always professional and kind. The team is quick, efficient, and very courteous. I appreciate how they inform me of everything that's needed on my vehicle without being pushy. I have been coming here for years, after another Jiffy lube messed up my transmission. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for honest in reliable service. This location has a customer for life.

In/out in under 15 minutes. Price was surprisingly low. Very friendly, nice guys working there.

I went to 4 different Oil change places near this location for my fleet vehicle and none were able or wanted to even figure out how to service my fleet vehicle and here everyone was super professional and easy going. Would highly recommend.

This is the only Jiffy Lube I come to. The staff is professional, courteous, and respectful. They are knowledgeable and get the job done quick! During my last visit, I was sad to find out that they no longer provide complimentary top-offs. I guess economy is getting to everybody.

This Jiffy Lube is awesome. The manager is very nice and professional, and the employees are trained to do the same. The manager lets you know about any other issues and explains the details without trying to force you to buy any extra services on the spot. Highly recommend!!

Totally transparent and upfront in pricing. Polite and professional with quality service and parts. Coffee and filtered water available. Did not need to phone first for my new brakes that I found I needed when my car was getting the oil service.

I was impressed when I visited the shop. The manager Sal and his crew were so quick to provide an oil change and changed my air filters. There’s a promo for $20 off which brought my total down to $165. I would say this is not normally what I usually pay for these services at my dealership but Jiffy helped me out because they are quick and don’t require an appointment. Also the waiting area was clean and smelled good! The crew was personable as well.

This location in Oak Forest easily became my favorite/go-to after having inconsistent or negative experiences at other locations or other businesses for my cars throughout the years. The employees here are always knowledgeable and thorough, not being too pushy in attempting to up-sale or add extra issues to your car/service for the day. Even if there are additional needs, they break everything down and make you aware of what’s going on with your vehicle. Not only are they efficient and competent, but they are also consistently respectful and helpful. You can tell they care about customers by how they care for us directly through interactions and indirectly by how they take care of the cars and the environment…it’s always clean! They keep their refreshment area clean/stocked too (photo attached). I am grateful for this location!

Very good. The. Manager said I was about a month to early far my oil change and come back in January. So I just replace the air filter and said ok. I don't drive much and go by the last change instead of milage.(3 month) I am glad there are still honest people around.

They were really great and fast and showed me something else I needed done, a screw to hold mv battery in place - they found the screw and put it in for me. Stopped there while driving cross country and I was in and out in 20 minutes

Top notch service!!!! I mean they open doors, walk you to your car and are extremely polite. As a woman, they made me feel special and valued. I was able to get in and out in about 15 minutes. Will definitely return!!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

So, When I do these reviews? I am honest. I don't just write good stuff or bad stuff so people can read it. I tell you the truth. This is a place that I go to all the time. And the service is normally really, really good. I sat outside of the garage door, waiting for someone to come and tell me which lane to get in or anything. Just acknowledged my presence. I was getting very frustrated, and I was going to say. Man, the service has really gone down here. And as soon as I thought that, a young man came out to the car apologize for the long wait explained to me that it's going to take a little bit of time and ask that I be patient. That's customer service. You just want to be acknowledged. You don't mind waiting if someone at least lets you know that they see you. And they're going to take care of you, so kudos to this place for that, Continuous good customer service.
