After looking for a new oil change service with a lot of skepticism I ended up going to this location and I am so glad I did. I had services provided by friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and prompt employees Kyle, Terrell, Lorenzo and Oscar. My oil had been leaking for a while and they were able to find the gasket was leaking and provided the immediate solution. I had also just lost a windshield wiper and they quickly advised they had them and could put on for me, which we did. I will be coming here for my future oil changes.

General Manager James presented great customer service very patient and very informative. Every time I go on 97th Cicero the staff give great customer service.

Went in for an oil change. Sierra was informative and helpful throughout the process. James was efficient and transparent with all my maintenance needs and I was able to get out quickly.

Fast friendly honest work.

Really appreciate staff, esp Kyle, who are knowledgeable and respectful and very friendly. I enjoy bringing my multiple cars here for service on oil changes.

Oscar S was a huge help! It was quick and easy! Appreciate the whole team for working on my oil change. Will be coming back soon!

Stopped with my drift car to borrow a screw driver for an on the road quick repair and also to grab some coolant to make sure I didn’t run low and jiffy lube was a great help! I do mostly all my maintenance work myself and when I was down and out of my luck these guys helped me when I needed it most with open arms!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!!! James, Gio, Oscar & Chris were GREAT. Needed conventional oil change. 1st time here. Everyone was friendly, prompt service, discounted pricing with FREE INSPECTIONS, detailed explanations & recommendations for future services.

Always a pleasure to go in and out quick, I'm confident that they do what they need to do when it comes to my oil change and additional check ups that I wouldn't think of. Thank you JL

I think even with $21 off coupon, the amount paid was still a bit steep. Now sure what the cost is at the dealership but I believe they should be compatible with them to gain business. Outside of the price, the staff were great and very helpful.

Kyle Gio and Gio took good care of me. Super quick and helpful. No bs. And they paid attention with concerns. Go here

Can't complain about the service at all. Friendly, quick, and precise. I have been going to Jiffy Lube for YEARS, and NEVER had an issue.

Kyle and all the team were absolutely amazing. They were super fast. The shop was so clean and very cool on a hot day. Everyone was super courteous and professional. I will definitely be back to this location!

This shop has the most amazing customer service, from the time I checked in with Gio to the time I drove away. These guys got me in and back on the road in no time at all.
