Received Services today at this particular Jiffy Lube location, all services were completed efficiently, everyone was helpful and much appreciation to Burt or Bart (my apologies for misspelling your name) for going over and beyond to complete an extra service with no cost, Very grateful to receive my car repairs at this Jiffy Lube location.

I always come here to get my oil changed. Been coming here for years. S/O to Chris. I came last week and he changed my oil and filter. Soon as I drove up he was very polite and serviced my car. He def looked out for me too when I used my $25 off coupon. TOP TIER service. Thank you, Thank you!!

I'm originally from Detroit (motor city!) and worked on cars as a kid. Came in for a regular oil change. The manager treated me (and everyone I saw) with respect and intelligence, did not try to oversell me on anything, and was completely honest about everything. "I'm going to work on your car like it's my car," and they really did. Answered all my questions, showed me what was needed and not needed, very competent team. Great service, great deal.

The price for the oil & oil filter was fine. The price for the cabin air filter was steep. Service guys were great.

Received fast service the workers customer service was A+. I will be back in the near future for all my service repairs and definitely spreading the word.

Good Afternoon, I just had the opportunity and the pleasure to have my oil changed by a team of young men that were so dedicated and professional I had to share my experience. I had my car serviced at the jiffy lube located at the corner or Harlem and Jackson in oak park Illinois. The team of young professional men at this location is nothing short of amazing. So professional and courteous I was blown away. Mr Oscar was the lead and a young man named Dre was also super professional. When I tell you it left a lasting impression on me ,it made me so proud to see these black and brown young men doing their job with such excellence. These young men deserve recognition and respect. They are an absolute inspiration and asset to your company. You have just gained a customer for life. I hope you give these young men a huge raise. They give hope to our future. I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Oak Park on Harlem, and I want to give a big shout-out to Mr. Clark, the manager, and the entire team. I came in because I had dropped my oil cap and needed help getting it out. They went above and beyond by removing the bottom cover to retrieve the cap, then took the time to clean the oil off my engine and check my tires. They were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. They didn’t have to do any of that, but they did it with a great attitude and excellent customer service. I truly appreciate it and would recommend this location to anyone in the area. If you’re near Oak Park and need car service, go see them—you won’t regret it!

I came in to check my tire pressure and I thought they would charge me but they didn’t. They did a great job.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I went for an oil change and was provided information on other needs for my car. Everything was communicated clearly and thoroughly. The staff are friendly and professional. The environment was peaceful and I loved their music selection (oldies). It was an overall great experience and I will definitely be back! Not all Jiffy Lube locations are created equally. I highly recommend this one.

215 S. Harlem Has A Very Nice & Neat Lowerbay, had to look underneath my car & quickly noticed that it wasn't a lowerbay that looked like a mechanic shop. Congrats too who ever is keeping that up????

It was a little bit of a wait for an oil change and I wish they would have put an updated sticker on my windshield so I'm sure when to get a new oil change.
