Went there today. They did exactly what I needed on a timely basis and were very professional and courteous.

I stopped by this morning for an oil change and had a really great experience. The team was professional, kind, and very informative. They took the time to explain the quality of the oil and filters they use and made sure I understood what was best for my car. I left feeling well educated, taken care of, and very satisfied with the service. It’s clear they care about doing things the right way and not just rushing customers through. Highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be back.

I went to this location last week. I was so impressed by the service and the employees that I have and will continue to refer it to friends and other individuals who are looking for a location that will provide honest and excellent service. I spoke to Bill and was impressed with him as a manager. After speaking with him, I referred him to my husband who is looking forward to speaking with him.

This is the best place to get any service done to your vehicle. They are quick and super nice. I come here with both my personal vehicles and my work vehicles.

customer came in today being very rude—yelling, calling employees names, and demanding free services. Despite the situation, Matt at the front desk and the store manager Bill handled it calmly and professionally, deescalating everything quickly. To make up for the inconvenience to other customers, I was offered $10 off my oil change. This Jiffy Lube has never let me down and always provides excellent service!

Jiffy Lube I have been going there for years. They are very good and I highly recommend them. Better prices better service.

I went to this Jiffy Lube before an event, and was nervous I was going to be late because I have had troubles with other oil places in the past, but the staff at Orland Park Jiffy Lube were so efficient, kind, and helpful. I was out of there in exactly 15 minutes, they didn’t try to coerce me into buying anything unnecessary, and broke down exactly when and how many miles it would be until I needed air filter, transmission, and spark plug replacements. Also, the price for my oil change was VERY reasonable and I am extremely happy with the service I received. THANK YOU JIFFY LUBE!

Jiffy Lube inspected more areas of my truck that was unexpected, and impressive. The associate Matthew was extremely helpful, affable and patient. They are now my new oil change place for certain!

I love bringing my car for service. Matthew always greets me with a smile. They did an excellent job on my brakes. My faith has been renewed because these two companies did not fix my brakes correctly so it has cost me twice within a year of getting my brakes fix. Thank you ????....A very happy customer.
