very friendly , informative and quick

Great crew in and out and added laughs lol.

People were friendly, process was quick. They cost way more than it has cost me at any dealership I’ve gone to for the same service. The dealerships actually include a tire rotation, they tried selling me a tire rotation plan here instead.

The team at jiffy lube Ottawa is the absolute best! Every time I come here they are super friendly and welcoming! Jake is an exceptional asset to the company! He runs a tight ship! I’ve been coming for oil changes and they diagnosed my radiator corrosion and I procrastinated enough and finally came and got it done! They all work so well together as a team! Top notch customer service!

I went in for an oil change and had them check my air filters. They were very kind and let me know how much everything would be as it was happening.
