Always a positive experience here. They are friendly, communicative and efficient. I never feel pressured to do more or buy more. When they have suggestions, they generally seem to be looking out for me.

Any time I have issues or questions, I always go to this location specifically to get feedback from Ben. He is extremely knowledgeable, is not trying to find ways to burn your wallet, and gives realistic advice. No one I trust more to give advice/recommendation on my Ram truck than Ben

Fairly quick considering the amount of people. Very friendly and I didnt feel pressured to purchase things my vehicle does need fairly soon but not immediately. I definitely will return to this location!

Was using a few different auto shops and didn't like the wait times, even when they set me up for the time. Went into Jiffy Lube a few days ago and they were very nice, knew what they were doing, and got in me in and out quickly. Thank you! I will be coming in again!

They were really nice and didn't push when I denied additional services on top of my oil change which I appreciate very much.

Employees were helpful and accommodating. They didn't do the 'hard sell' of equipment or additional services which I typically take as a major turn-off. Suggestions were made (e.g. tire rotation) and I appreciated their advice but didn't follow to have them perform the rotation due to time restrictions.

I arrived first thing in the morning. The team was prepping and kindly ushered me in. I was out faster than ever before. The check in and out was also very efficient.

Every time i come to this facility, they are informative, courteous, friendly and Quick.

There for the every 5000 miles oil change. They were quick and showed me I should change the air and cabin filter. I’ll be back in 5000.
