The team was very professional and worked quickly to complete my oil change. I’ll be back soon.

It was great

Very professional team, got fixed my tire very quick

Everyone is very professional and informative. Friendly and quick service!

Service was simple. They showed what was wrong with the vehicle and concerns but didn’t try to upsell their services like a car salesman. Everyone was professional but customer service was outstanding and being from Washington state this was the best one I’ve been to especially since usually I do my own car maintenance. Keep up the great work at this Jiffy Lube.

Fast and easy friendly service

Great customer service. Allowed me to leave my vehicle overnight after they changed my brake pads and rotors which was very convenient

The best. Kyler and michael were great.

Love they have women in the shop. No discrimination showing love both for the men and women in a work place for automotive industry! Joaquin and Aida are doing a great job operating a clean and organized shop, never disappoints. With the inflation going up prices for oil change are reasonable with courtesy of vacuum, tire pressure check and a free inspection! Getting your moneys worth of a service no doubt! Overall the team starting from the greeter down to service advisor did a phenomenal job! If it’s a busy location could only be for one good reason right? GREAT SERVICE hands down keep it up ?????????????

Not my typical JL but I needed Brake lights replaced on the fly. All my information was at the ready. Quick and efficient and all. Thanks all

Very pleased with the service.

The best Jiffy Lube in all the Chicago land area.

Quick and easy

quick professional clean

They are very welcoming and nice. I go there more then 5 years now

The BEST car shop I've ever been to. All the ladies were incredibly kind and I never felt like they were trying to upsell or scam me, they genuinely wanted to help. Truly can't speak highly enough of the women I interacted with. Great experience!

Fast, efficient, and not too pricey

Great service, friendly and very informative staff. Overall a great experience. I will be coming back.

Pretty good overall. They get you in and out pretty quick unless they are busy. The employees need to slow down a bit as I had to remind them to check the air in my tires and radiator fluid which they forgot to do. Also, I think they are overpriced for an oil change…..??
