I went in for an oil change and a new headlight, the guy taking care of me was awesome!

Fast and good communication

I've been to this Jiffy Lube twice and both times I was very impressed with them! More specifically Letron. He's been the one to check me in and out and talked with me throughout. He is always courteous and professional! I will be making an appointment for my new tires later this week. I didn't know they did tires there, and they are very well priced!

Very nice staff who know what deals are best. Really helpful for oil change. Quick and done.

First time here. I like the fact that they give you the option to stay in your car or exit to wait in their lobby. No line in the morning with just one car and me. Took 50 minutes to complete. A little long, but still ok. Tron was working and he was very accommodating and friendly. No aggressive upsells which I appreciate as well.

I got an oil change a few days ago and the staff here are really friendly and kind! I had a good conversation with Travis and time just flew by. They even offered me water and the chance to walk in with my dog inside the waiting room.

Travis at the Jiffy Lube in Peoria is a fantastic Jiffy Lube employee and his crew are also fabulous! If you’re looking for fast, effective, and cost-friendly car services in addition to the oil change, THIS is the place to go to. Their waiting room is also cozy, spacious, and clean. 10/10 service and we will return for all of our car needs.

Travis and his colleague was very professional and thorough. They performed a thorough diagnostic check of my entire vehicle and informed me of anything I may need. I feel what they provided was well worth the money.

Travis is a wonderful, wonderful man. I came in for a flat tire which I had re-inflated with the cars provided sealant. He tried to find the hole but there was none. He then tried to find it from the inside, taking the tire itself off of the hubcap, but there was still nothing, and the sealant was still liquid (it hadn’t dried, meaning there was no actual hole). He said that most likely, the tire’s seal with the rim had shifted slightly from a pothole or whatever, and the air had leaked out that way (which checked out from what I saw). Then when I reinflated, it reseated. He removed the rest of the sealant, and I was about to pay the $40, but he refused to accept it! So I am giving something back in a review. He could have easily charged me, or made something up like many mechanics do. But he is honest. And my tire works perfectly even days later. Please come here for all your oil changes and maintenance, you will not find a better shop anywhere.

These guys were absolutely amazing! Their customer service was top notch! They actually acted like they enjoyed their job rather than being apathetic like most oil change places! And they were quick and accommodating! They also took time out of their day to explain to me why my car with over 200k miles would benefit from high mileage oil without making me feel dumb so I will definitely be back!

There was a customer in front of me when I got there, 10 min wait and then 35min for the service, which for me doesn’t seem bad. Oil change with filter, cabin filter, fluids check, lights checked, tires assessed and aired up. Staff was friendly and thorough checking over my vehicle. Overall, nice experience and I like not having to exit my vehicle.

I went in today for an emergency oil change with all my lights blinking at me. It was wonderful to see that they were nice and busy, but even with that they were thorough and as quick as possible to make sure that they did a great job. Everybody was personable and thoughtful on making sure I understood the needs of my vehicle. The technician Latron was very helpful. Even though I couldn’t get my filter till tomorrow he gave me alternative options for future needs that were economical and environmental.He along with the other safe were respectful and helpful with ensuring My grandmother got in and out safe safely and was comfortable in the air conditioning. All of that being said, I really appreciated my trip with them today.

Absolutely wonderful service. Took my car in because the brakes were making a weird noise. Was only there about an hour, brakes fully cleaned and repaired. They even went the extra mile and filled all of my tires up. Kind men, clean comfy waiting area. Will absolutely be going here for more in the future.
