I have lived all over the country, Travis and his guys are the best place I’ve ever gotten an oil change done. Extremely thorough in every aspect. Check to be sure all my lights are working, top off fluids I didn’t know were low, and honest- really feels like they’re taking care of me. Every time I’m here it’s a great experience, today Keith was really informative with me on my van and I couldn’t be happier. 1000000% recommend.

Customer service was excellent. Waiting time was reasonable and they kept you informed during your service. Besides the prices being a bit high, I would recommend them for all of your general services

Quick service. They explained each step and showed me cabin air filter which needed replacement. All needed parts were in stock at the business. Everyone was polite and pleasant.

The workers there were very helpful and explained everything so its easy to know best way to take care of my vehicle.

I don’t necessarily like getting work on my car done, but my experience at Jiffy Lube in Peoria was excellent. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful- they had me in and out very quickly. I will be going to the Jiffy Lube on Sterling from now on!

Latron and Towayne were great. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Jiffy Lube is more expensive than other places I have been to, but it pays off in the customer service and the money you save by not being convinced to pay for so many extra services. They were not pushy and very honest and upfront. They also shared the other services they offered while I was there.I will be back in the future for sure for oil changes and anything else I need with my vehicles.
