From walking through the door to driving out the door, it was pure excellence all the way through. I have never been in a cleaner, Jiffy Lube inside and out really professional. Jess was an outstanding. Employee walked me through every step and advise me on what I needed and what I didn’t need anybody looking to get work done on their car. I would highly recommend coming here. Coffee is brilliant all round good experience.

I was in the middle of a road trip when the "Check Engine" light came on. I stopped at a dealership in the next town (Rockford, IL), and they were only able to tell me I needed an oil change ASAP...but they couldn't do it. They recommended the Jiffy Lube down the road - Good work, fast service. They were right! They did their own diagnostic evaluation and found a few things for the dealer to work on, but I was back on the road within an hour of the alert, with fresh oil and new filters. And though they advised me that the Check Engine light would have to be reset by the dealer, it went off on its own thanks to the new oil. Jesse and his team did a great job, and I'm grateful they were there to help.

I have used Jiffy Lube on McFarland in Rockford for years. All of my scheduled maintenance on my Toyota Corolla is done here - from oil changes- brakes- tune ups - fuel flush- wiper blades and batteries- Joe F and Jesse G. have always exceeded my customer service expectations- their knowledge and expertise are beyond exceptional! I trust no one else w my Toyota and prices are affordable in an economy now where costs are skyrocketing- Jiffy Lube is where I highly recommend for affordability- expertise knowledge and amazing service!!

Had a rental vehicle I was told to take here for a battery problem. I showed up about 5 minutes early expecting (and being totally fine with) sitting outside until they opened. They came right out and got me inside right away. They didn't have the battery needed on hand because the rental vehicle called for 3 different types of batteries depending on trim level I assume. They immediately ordered the 2 styles of batteries that were possibly a fit, got it installed, cleaned my windows and checked all fluids and had me on my way in a more than reasonable time. I was also kept up to date on the status every time they had new info to tell. Super friendly staff. Very, very clean and much larger waiting area than I'm used to at a Jiffy Lube. Unfortunately, I'm only in town temporarily for work but if I lived in the area this would be the place I'd be going for my personal vehicles, no questions asked. Thanks so much to the Rockford Jiffy Lube staff for a great experience.
