Outstanding service. Very clean store. Was in/out in under 30 minutes. Staff honest and professional.

Very friendly staff.

I went on a Sunday and used their $30 off coupon. My car takes synthetic oil only. The oil change itself was great but I don't suggest getting your air and cabin filters changed there. I was overcharged by almost $25 for them both. The coupon helped.

Really went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of with water and patiently explained all the options and prices really really well with realistic recommendations. Another Jiffy Lube location did not install my skid plate correctly and caused it to hang, catch the road, get bent and destroyed while I was on the highway. Currently driving across the country so could not afford to wait to get it replaced. Called this location to see if they could remove it. I was in and out in under 5 minutes with no charge. Thanks guys I appreciate it.

Quick and efficient

This shop is out of my way, but I always come here for the efficiency, professionalism, and unpushy employees. Jesse is especially personable and great to work with.

Jesse, provided excellent service today, he explained everything need to help my vehicle preform at it's best. He walk me through the Cax Fax for my vehicle showing me all entries the dealership inputed over the years I have owned my SUV. I would recommend Jiffylube to anyone looking for a quality care for their vehicle!

I had a very good experience at the Jiffy Lube on McFarland today. Everyone was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They actually came out from the bay and showed me my cabin air filter that needed to be replaced, and they explained about the different options of oil with the corresponding prices so I could decide what level of oil I wanted them to put in. Moreover, I really appreciated that they gave me the total price of everything I needed before they did any work. I felt everything was honest and above board. It's also one of the few places like this that I actually felt respected and valued as a senior. I will definitely be back next time I need an oil change, and I highly recommend it to others too!

The manager was very courteous and was also very helpful with getting me in and out in a short amount of time. Will definitely go back the next time I have an oil change.

I was able to get my pick-up truck's oil changed with related services in about 30 minutes. My only concern was that they kept upselling me at every opportunity which became annoying. I ended up paying over $120 rather than the $50-$60 I expected to pay for an oil and oil filter change.
