I had an excellent experience at the Jiffy Lube in Romeoville, IL, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Fernando! From the moment I pulled in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what my car needed (and what it didn’t need—no pressure at all, which I really appreciated). Fernando worked efficiently while still being thorough, and the entire process was smooth and quick. It’s rare to find service that’s both fast and genuinely trustworthy, but this location nailed it. My car is running great, and I left feeling confident and taken care of. If you’re coming to this Jiffy Lube, ask for Fernando—he’s the real deal. I’ll definitely be back!

Fast and excellent service

Great experiance!!! The staff was friendly and helpful. I've been going to jiffy lube for years and I NEVER knew they top off fluids in-between oil changes! They advised me of alot today. I greatly appreciate the info. Thank you guys!!!!

I went in today, fully expecting to get an oil change but Rick (the owner) was so helpful and he told me I actually did not need one. He was very honest and checked all the fluids in my car filled up my tires and told me that I was actually good for a while and my car looked great! it’s hard to find an honest business and I will definitely be going back to this Jiffy Lube.

I have come here for about 2 years now. Always a quick and clean oil change with no issues. Never try to over sell or over do anything. Odell is usually there when I go and he is just professional and extremely helpful whenever I come in. I will always go back to this location!

Wonderful, fast service. I usually take my car to the dealer, but ended up having to get an oil change quickly. I pulled up about 30 mins before they closed and all of the men were so nice and helpful! They changed my oil in probably 10-12 minutes! They were wonderful and I will definitely be coming back!

I would highly recommend coming here for any service. They are very helpful and friendly, they were able to break down everything for me ina very understanding matter. ED & Marissa & Odell had very good customer service

Came here yesterday after work, thankfully Ed (owner) was able to take me before they closed. He & another worker were able to change my oil quickly. Didn't have any issues & they didn't try to upsell me on any extra stuff like other places. Definitely plan on coming back.

I went to get my oil changed, and ED (Eduardo)was extremely helpful. I got my air fliter replaced. Very nice job.

Called them to ask about installing the car sensors but they said they don't do them here and instead recommended me some other place to get them done. Thank you for being nice.
