This is the best Jiffy Lube location that I have ever been to! Employees greet you at your car, inquire as to what services you need, and then hold the door open for you to enter the waiting room. Additional services are never pushed upon you, but instead explained as to what needs to be done and if it’s okay to wait until the next oil change to do it. My headlight was replaced for the same cost that I had looked up the price for the part only at Auto Zone. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location.

Have been going to this particular Jiffy Lube location for a number of years now. The guys here are always timely and help me with anything additional I need at an affordable price (and with a smile). Had to get my tires balanced last year, they did it all with in 20 minutes, which smoothed my driving experience out immensely. Have had to get my oil changed several times over the past years, they always get things done within 10-15 minutes. Just yesterday I went in to get my oil changed, had other issues going on with my car that were beyond my sub-par guessing, came back to see if they could help me figure it all out. Manny the manager on staff took the time to do a code read, and Josh a mechanic helped me kindly at the front desk and took the time to ask if things were okay when I came back. They were able to answer all my questions and helped me figure out what was going on (misfiring coils). Always searching for good businesses that help make my life easier, at least I don’t have to worry about figuring my car issues out, these guys always have it covered.

Professional and quick service.

Honestly couldn't be happier with the work they did more me today! I was recommended to come here after getting an ABSURD quote from another auto shop and was told to come here! I needed my headlights changed and they got me in super quick, super friendly Mr Gonzales helped me out right away and got my lights changed and topped off my washer fluid just as a kind curtsey! I have a car that is going to require some other repairs and I will most definitely be bringing my car back here! Also they got me a quote and got all the work done all within 30 minutes! Thank you guys!

Fast service, honest mechanics, friendly

I'm not one for reviews and social media however this place and people working there deserve the utmost respect.... I live in maple park to the west dekalb/ sycamore and east of that St Charles and Geneva... I have two kids with E- scooters which believe it or not happened to blow both their rear tires out on the same day... I called tirelessly ( no pun intended lol) for two days trying to find an auto shop tire shop bike shop E- shop to switch out the tires that I had purchased already just looking for installation.... for some reason out of the universe I decided to call jiffy lube in St Charles and was greeted over the phone by Danny.... this gentleman told me to come in and let us take a look at it... 30 minutes later I was there 30 min later leaving with both tires on..... what's more shocking is Danny and his teams hospitality ... HE DIDN'T CHARGE ONE PENNY FOR THE INSTALL.... he just got a customer for life and all my referrals to his location.... I'll be bringing my truck and it's needs to no one else for whatever they have the capacity to diagnose and fix.... thank you again Danny for your efforts.....

Great communication and service

Amazing service, have been having trouble closing my hood properly and they took the time even being busy to properly fix it so I won’t have any more problems in the future. I didn’t catch his name but it was the manager.

Went there to get my 1990 Suburban Air Conditioner charged. They tried for an hour and a half. Found an issue with my system that was beyond their control. They did not charge me anything and i will return once I correct the issue on my end and have them do the work. They went above and beyond and were very professional.

Today I came into JL for an oil change. I have a fairly new 2025 Jeep Wrangler. It was only going to be my second oil change with this vehicle. I opted for the synthetic oil for my first change. After Joshua and Feli checked my oil, they both said that my levels were fine. I drove off after they said that I have another 2,000 miles to go. THIS is service. I’m a customer for life. Thanks, R. I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! These guys truly know what they’re doing. They took the time to clearly explain what my car actually needed and gave honest recommendations without trying to upsell unnecessary services. I really appreciated that they didn’t push extra work or try to charge me for things I didn’t need — that kind of honesty is hard to find. On top of that, the team was friendly, welcoming, and had a great attitude, which made the whole visit even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for trustworthy and professional service!

I just want to say these guys are super dedicated to customer service. I got there late and my tire change went wrong as they had an slight equipment malfunction. The team in the shop worked diligently, even slightly after hours to rectify the situation, and they were all very positive and friendly. The manager on duty handled the situation professionally with me as the customer in mind and also supporting his team as a good manager does. Even though from their eyes things went south, their concern was for my satisfaction was paramount. Thanks for your dedication.

I swear by this Jiffy Lube for all of my car’s needs. I refuse to go to a dealership if I don’t have to, and they honestly never let me down with solving all of my issues with the best price around. I recently had a bigger job done, and purchase a bunch of gift cards from Costco and the owner himself, Manny Gonzalez, helped me out by ensuring I was totally taken care of. His manager even took a look at some things I thought I was going to have to go to a dealership for, and is able to take care of it as well. When I go for oil changes, I am out (literally) in a jiffy. Thank you for being a car place that people can trust.
