Andre w., Alexander, and angel was super helpful with the price brake down and with what the car needed he was also super kind and patient with us because this is only our second car and was super nice with explaining everything too the point of us understanding (because we didn’t know what we where doing ??) I would definitely come back again because the turn time was amazing we came in at 12:54 and we finished at 1:30 for 4 different things done to the car and he helped us find coupon coupons

Today I left the house with a ton of errands to run; As soon as I got in the car my tire light was on. I said to myself let me go to jiffy lube and then to the store. However, for some reason, he did not go in that order, I end up going to the store first, And a couple of more places before I finally went to Jiffy Lube. It was a blessing in disguise, I went to Have air in my tires. End up what brand new wipers on my most needed Nissan. Because I asked a question, I asked Someone how much are the wipers? This person told me $50 and I said that’s too much, I will have to go somewhere else. This gentleman named Dennis said it to me wait one second let me look into something. He came back out and started removing the old wipers and replacing it with new ones. I asked him how much, And he didn’t answer me right away. It did not matter, I was just very relieved. Of The simple fact that he took the initiative to replace them for me. “That Meant everything!” I left their relief & worry free that I did not have to think about my old wipers anymore! I send out a HUGE THANK YOU! To the DENNIS for rescuing a damsel in distress! Thank You Jiffy Lube!!! & Dennis for your hard work! Ruth :)

Dennis was very helpful over the phone and in-person. He's very friendly. The service was very quick, which was kind of puzzling, but my vehicle is still running good so far. He gave me a good deal for my Oil Change.
