fast and easy

Service was great. Except my "Engine Maintenance Required" message was still on after it was serviced. I came back to Jiffy Lube to have them reset it but the message didn't go away

This was my 1st time at Jiffy Lube in Skokie. I'm a loyal Jiffy Lube customer I always go to Jiffy lube especially the one in Chicago on Lincoln Ave and Berwyn. Well I reside in Skokie so I decided to come here today. The gentleman that took care of was very kind, respectfull , and gave me great service. There was no wait time. He explained everything to me as far what my car needs. Rafael is the guys name. I give him 5 stars for his service. This is my new go to Jiffy Lube thanks to Rafael.
