Springfield Jiffy Lube is the best. I recently stopped by thinking I needed an oil change however when I got there, I was still 2000 miles away. Instead of them just performing the service. They were kind enough and honest to tell me that I still had 2000 miles left on my previous oil change. This is one of the many reasons I will continue to do business with them in our community!

I misread the numbers and took my car in for an oil change but the staff told me I still had 900 miles to go. They sent me on my way after topping off air in my tires and fluid in the window washer (and even a cup of coffee!) at no charge. These are good people. I highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience! Staff was super polite and professional, and I was in and out within 15-20 with an oil change, vacuum, window clean and more, all for a good price. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Always great services

Jake and his team are very professional friendly and inviting. I was told that if my tires get low to stop in if my fluids get low to stop in no charge, they’ll top it off for me put air in my tire. I felt good when I left and I haven’t felt this way leaving Jiffy Lube in over a year

Had a tire pressure light come on and they serviced my tire. No wait time. Service with a smile and many holiday wishes??

Stopped here looking for a new shop as my last one did not check the tire pressure or wiper fluid as they claimed. Jiffy did both for free and gained another customer in the process. Super nice as well.

1/15/2026: Stopped for an oil change. Again, really nice staff and quick oil change. My vehicle requires premium synthetic oil, so the price was just under $100, but I consider part of my regular maintenance cost. Got a bonus: One of the techs discovered my wife's missing key fob in the area where the front windshield wipers rest. It's apparently been there over a year! Stopped in for an oil change. Really nice staff. In and out in 15 minutes. A+

Needed to be on the road for an important event, but had a car issue pop up. The guys worked quickly to get me out the door, and I appreciated that so much.

Drove my car here to get my check engine codes scanned after the light came on. Even though my friend and I arrived near close, they were very honest, welcoming, and were happy to answer our questions and gave their best advice as to what the problem might be. Thank you guys.

They were thorough, had great communication, and worked quickly. There was no upselling, and everything was as easy as it could be. I chose this shop based upon recent reviews, and they delivered.

I have been to a few different Jiffy Lubes where it seems they are most interested in selling additional products and services beyond the oil change. I have never gotten that impression here and they do a great job providing honest, efficient service. If your air filter doesn't need to be changed they will say just that. Not that it will probably kill you if you don't. And they vacuum your car which is terrific.
