I usually go to the Jiffy Lube in Aurora, but did not have the best experience so I decided to go to Sugar Grove. I had a way better experience there. I definitely will continue to utilize the Sugar Grove Jiffy Lube.

It was good. Staff very personable and friendly. Also it was my shelter from the storm on wednesday

Great job with brake replacement (front and back) at the last minute. Jiffy Lube even called a tech in on his day off to get this done as a trip is planned for the next day. Service with a smile and the manager approached me to see if we were pleased with service. Top notch service!!

I have gone to a previous Jiffy Lube that was close to our house prior to the Sugar Grove location being open. I walked in today with a smile and honestly pleasant surprise a woman was working there. Angela was amazing and receptive and honest. I will definitely be going back there again.

My car is from Hawaii and the rain and humidity did a number on it. Got an oil change from Angela, headlights defogged to look like new by Anwar and brakes changed quickly by David. Manager definetly hired the right crew.

Went for an oil change which isn’t something I really enjoy or do for that matter. The people there were so nice and professional, and turned my whole day around. They had coffee and water while you wait. I was in and out in no time. Also, I felt the employee going over the typical JL “pitch” was not in any way pushy and I really appreciated the reminders she provided regarding upcoming services. Highly recommend their services.

Oil Change the one day, back to replace a belt and tensioner the next. Beyond impressed on how efficient and thorough this location is. I was in a time crunch and they helped me fix my vehicle and I was even able to pop over to Jewel to grab some groceries. Above and beyond!

Angela the manager was awesome and described everything in full detail. She did not feel pushy at all like some other establishments I have been to in wanting to tack a lot of other things onto the oil change. I will definitely be frequenting this location from now on. She also brought it to my attention of all the other services they provide and I will be scheduling full brakes and new tires in the near future with them. Keep up the good work!
