Quick in and out service this time! The ladies that were managing the customers seems knowledgeable and were friendly. Offered coffee and water, waiting area was clean.

The lady at the front desk was welcoming, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The technicians went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions honestly, and made it clear they genuinely cared about doing the job right—not just getting me in and out the door. It’s not often you find a business that values honesty, professionalism, and customer service the way this team does. I truly appreciate the extra effort they put in and won’t hesitate to return for future service. I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away, and it immediately made the whole experience feel a lot less stressful. I usually dread taking my car in because I’m never quite sure what to expect, but everyone here was friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. I explained what I needed and asked them to take a look at a few things. They answered every question I had, offered helpful guidance and suggestions without making me feel pressured, and got me in and out quickly. One thing I especially appreciated was seeing women working on the team. It was refreshing to see and definitely a huge plus. Overall, the staff was knowledgeable, professional, and made what is usually a stressful errand a really positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!
